We had an absolutely amazing stay at Villa Lumiere 2! The villa’s hillside location offered breathtaking views, especially at sunset. The outdoor terrace was a real highlight; we spent hours by the pool and had dinners under the stars. The kids loved the table tennis, and the kitchen was perfect for cooking. Inside, everything was clean and comfortable, and each room had its own en suite, which was a big plus. The villa felt private but close enough to town, making it easy to pop in. Already planning our next visit!

Villa Serendipity was simply unforgettable. From the moment we walked in, we were captivated by the panoramic views over the Mediterranean—watching the sunsets here was magical! The infinity pool was a favourite spot; relaxing by it with that view was paradise itself. Each bedroom was thoughtfully designed with its own en-suite, adding a touch of luxury and privacy. The villa had everything we needed, from a well-equipped kitchen to spacious outdoor areas for lounging and dining. Truly a hidden gem, and I’d return in a heartbeat!

From the start of our booking process through to the end of our trip we found the Kalkan Vilas staff extremely friendly and helpful.

Outstanding views, great location combined with spacious rooms and top quality modern amenities meant it ticked every box for our family. The pool and surrounding terrace area with its panoramic views of Kalkan was probably the villa's most defining feature

This was our first time to Kalkan. We recommend the barbecue at the villa, The Korsan Kitchen restaurant, Kalkan Town for gifts and the market on Thursday. Overall it was fantastic week and we will be back.

Our stay at Villa White Smith was pure luxury from start to finish. The breathtaking infinity pool with its waterfall feature and the magnificent views over Kalkan Bay set the scene for an incredible holiday. Each bedroom was beautifully furnished with plush linens and air conditioning, and the master suite with its private jacuzzi was a real treat. We loved the spacious terrace for outdoor dining, and the private sauna and Turkish bath provided a fantastic way to unwind. Every detail was thoughtfully arranged for maximum comfort—absolutely unforgettable!

We stayed at Villa Mavi Koy in August and had the most peaceful holiday of our lives. The interiors were stylish yet comfy, with airy bedrooms that looked out onto stunning views. The garden jacuzzi and infinity pool were our absolute favourites. We especially enjoyed breakfast on the private platform—a lovely touch.

The airport transfer from Dalaman and car hire made things so much easier. Every little detail was well thought-out. I’d recommend this place to anyone seeking a relaxing escape!

As a family this was our seventh visit to Kalkan and Villa Kai has to be one of our favourite villas. The pool was such a great size and the uninterrupted view of the bay and harbour was absolutely stunning. Totally amazing pool, villa and a view I can only say was like something out of a movie and hands down the best villa view I've ever seen. This made up for the slightly out of the way location, in my opinion

Its a small criticism, but the driveway up to the villa was really steep and uneven. Not such a big deal fur us but I felt sorry for the minibuses and taxis that scraped their axles.!

Our stay at Villa Aquamarine was nothing short of spectacular! The villa’s contemporary design, elegant furnishings, and floor-to-ceiling windows made it feel like a five-star experience. The infinity pool overlooking the Mediterranean quickly became our favourite spot—perfect for lazy afternoons with a view you’ll never tire of. Mornings on the terrace, with coffee and a gentle sea breeze, set a tranquil tone for each day.

Inside, every detail had been thought out. The bedrooms were spacious, each with its own en-suite, providing a bit of extra luxury and privacy. The indoor pool and spa facilities were wonderful, making it easy to relax no matter the time of day. It felt like a private sanctuary just for us.

One of the highlights of our stay was being close to Kalkan town. We had the chance to explore the charming local shops and dine at some lovely restaurants—Nar and Trio were our favourites, offering delicious food with warm service and views of the harbour. Kalkan’s friendly, welcoming vibe made our trip feel special, and it was great to come back to such a peaceful villa after a night out.

If you’re looking for a blend of luxury, privacy, and stunning scenery, Villa Aquamarine is the perfect choice. We left feeling fully rejuvenated and are already dreaming of a return visit!

I highly recommend Antonia - she helped my family find the perfect villa for our holiday and was also extremely pro-active and helpful throughout the stay. 10/10

What a great villa, the best villa we have been to and had everything we needed, a great touch to have a water cooler and full beach towels although a microwave would have been nice too.

Great location, nice to be away from the main town as it is very quiet but still very easy and quick to get to. The restaurants in the main town are great, we preferred to go to the roadside restaurants with supermarkets like Kalamaki as they were more authentic and much cheaper. My daughter loved all the street animals and named them all!! Would love to come back. Thank you for a great stay.

Villa Mirage was beautiful and very well equipped. We particularly liked the system with the water containers…so much easier and Ibrahim was very quick to respond to my replacement request. Perhaps the only things that we would have liked are the kitchen scissors and plastic glasses for use outside that we already mentioned to Antonia and we had to share hairdryers as there only seemed to be one on each floor rather than one in each bedroom. Only minor things though, we really did love it.

Antonia went above & beyond to ensure we had the most amazing holiday in Kalkan. She was on hand to provide support and advice whenever required. Customer service was outstanding and we would certainly return. We highly recommend Antonia and the team at Kalkan Villas - see you next year!
