Our customers have the unconditional right to cancel their reservation. Cancellations must be submitted in writing via email by the lead guest whose email address is listed on the booking. The cancellation will be effective on the date the email is sent. Please note that all cancellations are subject to a fee, as outlined below, which must be paid by the customer.
It's important to remember that failure to pay the balance on time will result in the cancellation of your reservation. Additionally, if you choose to switch from one property to another, your booking will be treated as cancelled, and the same charges will apply.

If customers request to cancel the reservation 80 (eighty) days before the check-in date,
a) If the deposit has been paid, it will not be refunded.
b) If the payment has been made in full, the remaining amount, excluding the deposit fee, will be refunded to the customer.
If the customer requests to cancel the reservation between 79 and 60 days from the check-in date,
a) If the payment has been made in full, the customer will be refunded 20% of the total amount.
b) If only the deposit has been paid, 50% of the remaining amount will be collected from the customer as penal sanction compensation.
If the customer requests to cancel the reservation made less than 59 days before the check-in date,
a) If the payment has been made in full, it will not be refunded.
b) If only the deposit has been paid, the remaining amount will be collected from the customer as extra penal sanction compensation.
Complaints
If a guest wishes to lodge a complaint, they must do so in writing to KalkanVillas.com within 24 hours of entering the villa.
Our company can act as a mediator between the customer and the villa owner in case of any disputes, and our company's decision is final. Neither party has the right to object to this decision.
If a customer wishes to leave the accommodation early, they cannot claim a refund for the days they did not stay.
A reservation is not considered cancelled until the customer receives a confirmation email from KalkanVillas.com. If the customer has not received a confirmation email, they must contact KalkanVillas.com.
Reservation date change;
Guests can request a change to their booking date under specific circumstances. KalkanVillas.com will forward the request to the villa owner for approval. However, please note that KalkanVillas.com only serves as an intermediary, and the final decision rests with the villa owner. If the reservation date is changed, additional administrative work will be required, and as such, a £10 transaction fee, including VAT, may be charged.
Cancellation of the reservation by KalkanVillas.com;
In the event of unforeseen circumstances in the region or at the villa booked by our customers (such as electricity or water outages, earthquakes, or significant issues with the accommodation), our company will cancel the booking before the customers arrive at the villa to prevent any inconvenience.
If customers still wish to proceed with their stay in such circumstances, all responsibility will lie with the customer. KalkanVillas.com will make every effort to provide an alternative villa with similar features to the original booking. Customers can choose to accept this alternative villa or cancel their reservation entirely, receiving a full refund of the amount paid.
