We intentionally do not provide the ability to book instantly online as what we offer is somewhat more than simply a holiday property. Key to our customer service philosophy is that our team have an in-depth knowledge of our portfolio and locality. We believe passionately that you should receive tailor-made advice to ensure you select the most appropriate options for your luxury holiday

Property Hold Options
We are happy to hold your desired villa as an option for a particular reservation request, for two working days, whilst you finalise your travel plans (this can be up to three days if you are planning for the following year). We reserve the right to automatically release all options after three working days if you have not confirmed your reservation with us.
Property hold options can be requested by telephone or email and in all cases, are only considered “held” once a reference number is issued to you. In order to allow us to present our full portfolio to our clients at all times, should you decide against proceeding with the booking for any reason, we kindly request that you contact us within the two-day period so we may release the property hold option.

Confirming a Booking
This can be done via either of the two following methods:
By Phone – We would be delighted to have the opportunity to discuss your prospective holiday with you and warmly welcome your call to finalise your booking.
Email – We are equally happy for you make a booking by email. Once your email is received, we will respond promptly to discuss your accommodation selection with you and finalise your booking.
Please note: that in all cases a booking is confirmed only when a Booking Number has been issued.
Initial Booking Deposit: In order to confirm the booking a non-refundable deposit of 30% is of the total accommodation cost is required. The 30% deposit amount is calculated from the accommodation cost as displayed in this website prior to any offers or discounts that may be applicable.
A deposit is NOT required for: additional guests staying in the same room or villa, or any ancillary services provided by Kalkan Villas such as Car Hire or Airport Transfers (any external services that may be requested are due as relevant).
Balance Payment: The balance payment for the entire booking is due in full 8 weeks prior to departure and therefore for any bookings made within that period.
Payment: Can be made by Bank Transfer or Credit Card.
We take Visa and MasterCard credit cards.

Booking Form & Booking Conditions
We do not require a Booking Form to be completed. We will forward a Booking Confirmation by email, and ask that you check this invoice/confirmation extremely carefully as it will carry the full details for your accommodation documentation. Please note: When you make a booking and we receive the initial payment, you are agreeing to our Booking Conditions.
