Luxury villas in Kiziltas Kalkan

Situated just above the main D400 road which skirts the town centre of Kalkan, the Kiziltas district is home to a variety of luxury villas boasting panoramic sea view from its’ high position. Purportedly one of the oldest settlements in Kalkan, the name “Kiziltas’ literally means ‘red rock’ and derives from the crimson stone which is found along the rising incline of the district. In years gone by the area was largely covered by olive groves, some of which remain today.
