Villa Ada Islamlar is an architectural pleasure, nestled in the hills of Islamlar village, surrounded by lush greenery and boasting stunning views of rolling green mountains. This property, which can sleep up to nine people, includes five exquisite bedrooms and stunningly landscaped gardens. The building's architectural harmony and the bespoke wooden features combined with the skillful use of local stone in its framework give the property a classic touch. Once inside, you'll find a spacious open-concept living, dining, and kitchen area that, along with the tall, vaulted ceilings, artfully fuses traditional design with country house touches and modern, sophisticated style. There are 5 deluxe bedrooms, one of which is below the pool terrace and accessed through a separate entrance.
This garden provides the perfect calm environment for relaxation any time of day or night. It has a custom swimming pool with space for the entire family and is surrounded by woodlands. Beautiful patios are twinned with green garden spaces to create a stunning haven for enjoying summer days. The terrace and gardens are sheltered from the outside, so guests at this property can enjoy total privacy.

Kitchen

The kitchen is designed in a classic country style and is very spacious. It has a central island that functions as a breakfast bar with stools. Adjacent to the kitchen is a grand indoor dining area with a large dining table to seat 10. The kitchen amenities include a dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, kettle, fridge freezer, oven and hob, and all the utensils and dinnerware required for a 9-guest self-catering stay.

Living Room

The lounge is generously sized and vintage in style, with large comfortable sofas surrounding a coffee table and french doors leading out to the garden. Satellite connection for the flat screen Smart Television and free WiFi internet is provided for our guests, and all rooms are fully air-conditioned.

Terrace and Pool

Several sets of ornate French doors lead out from the inside living space to an extended patio with a central bespoke swimming pool and alfresco dining area. Fringing the pool are ample sun loungers and outdoor seating, and a stone-built barbecue sits to the side of the shady dining area, so you are well prepared for outside suppers at sunset. Cleaning and Maintenance

We clean the villa before your arrival, and there will be a mid-stay clean for reservations of more than seven nights. There will be no mid-stay clean for reservations of 7 nights or fewer. For example, if you stay for ten or 14 nights, a mid-stay clean will be arranged at a convenient time. If you would like extra cleaning, please enquire at the time of booking to find out what the additional cleaning fee will be. Cleaning fees are charged per clean.

Security Deposit

The security deposit for this villa is £500, which must be paid at the start of your holiday. This deposit will be returned to you at the end of your stay, provided no damage has been caused to the property.
