Villa Afsana

Truly luxurious inside and out, Villa Afsana Kalkan is an upscale 4-bedroom villa that hosts eight guests in a beautiful seafront setting. Located in the prestigious Komurluk area of Kalkan, just 50 metres above the sea, Villa Afsana is just a short walk from the popular Palm, Zest, and Denizim beach clubs. The villa's interior is outstanding, with chic furnishings, cool colour tones, and floor-to-ceiling windows flooding each room with light. A double-height ceiling in the living room and a mezzanine landing from the first floor creates a feeling of spaciousness and allow for perfectly framed views of the turquoise bay from both levels.

All bedrooms are generously sized with high-end en suite bathrooms and offer breathtaking views out to sea. Positioned on the bay's east side, the wonderful sea view pool terrace is the perfect place to sit out for an evening and watch the sun sink behind the mountains across the bay.

The incredible location allows guests to make the most of the sun all day and puts you in the best position to view the astonishing fuchsia sunsets over the bay. You can also reach local amenities on foot by following a footpath to the harbour side or hopping on a water taxi from one of the neighbouring beach clubs. With panoramic sea views to be admired from every room, you will be enthralled by Villa Afsana.

Living Room

The spacious lounge area has a double-height ceiling and windows which frame the sea and nature views. This comfortable room is an ideal space for entertaining and relaxing after a long day in the sun. This room has a seating group, TV, dining table for 8, free internet, air conditioning, coffee table, and WC. You can directly access the pool terrace from the open-plan living room.

KitchenThe kitchen area is full of light and overlooks the pool terrace. This American-style modern space features a dishwasher, washing machine, fridge freezer, kettle, microwave, oven hob, and all the utensils and dinnerware required for a self-catering holiday. You can access the pool terrace from the kitchen also.

Garden, Terrace, and Pool

You will marvel at the unspoiled sea views from the gorgeous private terrace. A large infinity pool can be heated in the cooler months. The patio is arranged so you can enjoy outdoor living with sun loungers, outdoor seating, a table and chairs, an alfresco dining table, a BBQ, and parasols. The pool attendant completes the daily cleaning of the pool and garden area.

Cleaning and Maintenance

We clean the villa before your arrival, and there will be a mid-stay clean for reservations of more than seven nights. There will be no mid-stay clean for reservations of 7 nights or fewer. For example, if you stay for ten or 14 nights, a mid-stay clean will be arranged at a convenient time. If you would like extra cleaning, please enquire when booking to find out what the additional cleaning fee will be. Cleaning fees are charged per clean.

Security Deposit

The security deposit for this villa is £500, which must be paid at the start of your holiday. This deposit will be returned to you at the end of your stay, provided no damage has been caused to the property. Suppose you are planning to travel as a larger group and are looking to book more than one property next to each other. In that case, Villa Setara and Villa Nana are adjacent to Villa Afsana and designed to the same impeccable standard.
