Upon entering, you'll be greeted by a  meticulously crafted interior. The villa showcases an airy open-plan living space adorned with expansive windows that invite natural light, casting a warm glow upon the tastefully adorned surroundings. The living area is furnished with sumptuous seating, providing an ideal setting to unwind, delve into a good book, or relish the company of loved ones. This property boasts five gracefully appointed bedrooms, 4 of which present an uninterrupted panorama of the cerulean Mediterranean waters. Designed with comfort as a priority, the bedrooms feature snug furnishings, ample storage, and private balconies or terraces. Waking up to the sight and serenade of the sea becomes a cherished experience.

The outdoor expanse of this villa is nothing short of a utopia. The expansive terrace serves as an entertainment oasis, hosting a private infinity pool that seemingly merges with the sea below. Numerous lounging and dining areas provide the perfect setting for al fresco dining, sun-soaked relaxation, or savouring a sunset cocktail. Living Room

The minimalist lounge area is finished in cool cream tones and is spacious and bright. It has access to the outdoor pool terrace through full-height glass doors, which frame the views of the bay. This space has a corner seating group, a coffee table, a TV, a DVD player, complimentary internet, air conditioning and a guest WC.

Kitchen

The modern kitchen is finished with white units and an 8-seater dining table set against a large window with pool and sea views. This space is equipped with all the modern appliances you could wish for from a self-catering villa. It features a dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, water dispenser, kettle, fridge freezer, oven, hob, and all the utensils required for a self-catering break.

Terrace and Pool

The generous terrace has a beautiful pergola-shaded alfresco dining area with a built-in stone BBQ ideal for relishing in the clement Mediterranean evenings. At the front of the terrace is a large infinity pool fringed with sun loungers and seating areas to bask in the sun at leisure. The pool attendant completes the daily cleaning of the pool and garden area.

Cleaning and Maintenance

We take pride in ensuring the villa is meticulously cleaned before your arrival. Additionally, a mid-stay cleaning service will be scheduled for reservations exceeding seven nights, enhancing the overall comfort of your extended stay. However, please note that reservations lasting seven nights or fewer do not include a mid-stay clean. For instance, if your stay spans ten or 14 nights, a mid-stay cleaning will be organised at your convenience. Should you desire additional cleaning services, we encourage you to inquire about the associated fees when booking. Please be aware that cleaning fees are applied per each cleaning session. 

Security Deposit

A security deposit of £500 for this villa is required at the commencement of your holiday. Rest assured; this deposit will be fully refunded after your stay as long as no damage has been incurred to the property during your occupancy. If you are travelling as a larger group and want two villas close together, Villa Zeytouna is adjacent to Villa Al-Nuzha.
