Bedrooms

2. Bedroom: 2 single beds, air conditioning, bedside table, wardrobe, bathroom and jacuzzi.

Living Room

The spacious living room is arranged with a TV, plush sofa, armchairs, and coffee table making it an ideal space to retire away from the sunshine or for a quiet moment with a book. The pool and terrace area is accessible via the large sliding doors.

Kitchen

The fitted kitchen has a full range of high-quality electrical appliances, which include a microwave, oven, gas hob, large fridge freezer, dishwasher and coffee maker. To the centre is a dining table for 4 people and sufficient dinnerware and tableware is provided.

Terrace and Pool

There is an alfresco dining table and a stone-built BBQ to the side of the terrace so the whole family can enjoy feasting under the stars. There is comfortable seating, an infinity pool fringed with sun loungers, parasol and the entire terrace is surrounded by stunning Mediterranean foliage and flora. The pool uses a salt cleaning system which is said to be gentler on skin and hair and produces no taste as not 100% salt water like the sea. The pool attendant provides daily cleaning of the pool and terrace area. The scenery from this elevated spot is incredible, with far-reaching views which capture the mountains and sea to the horizon.

Cleaning and Maintenance

We clean the villa before your arrival, and there will be a mid-stay clean for reservations of more than seven nights. There will be no mid-stay clean for reservations of 7 nights or fewer. For example, if you stay for ten or 14 nights, a mid-stay clean will be arranged at a convenient time. If you would like extra cleaning, please enquire at the time of booking to find out what the additional cleaning fee will be. Cleaning fees are charged per clean.

Security Deposit

The security deposit for this villa is £500, which must be paid at the start of your holiday. This deposit will be returned to you at the end of your stay, provided no damage has been caused to the property.
