NOTE: The indoor pool can be heated for an additional fee of £25 per day (2024 rate). Please request this feature when booking or at least one week before your arrival, as the pool takes several days to reach optimal temperature. 

Bedrooms

Living Room

This room has a seating group, a Smart television, complimentary WiFi, air conditioning, and a coffee table. You can step out onto the pool terrace from the living room.

Kitchen

The kitchen is a modern, fitted American-style space with an island incorporating an 8-seater breakfast table. It is equipped with a dishwasher, washing machine, fridge freezer, kettle, oven hob and all the utensils required for a self-catering property.

Pool and Terrace

The elongated infinity pool and surrounding terrace provide the perfect space for outdoor living with a BBQ, outdoor seating, an alfresco dining table, sun loungers, and parasols. The pool attendant completes the daily cleaning of the pool and garden area.

Cleaning and Maintenance

We clean the villa before your arrival, and there will be a mid-stay clean for reservations of more than seven nights. There will be no mid-stay clean for reservations of 7 nights or fewer. For example, if you stay for ten or 14 nights, a mid-stay clean will be arranged at a convenient time. If you would like extra cleaning, please ask when booking to find out the additional cleaning fee. Cleaning fees are charged per clean.

Security Deposit
