Living Room

Well-appointed for entertaining and relaxing, the living room has a seating group, TV, dining table for 8, complimentary internet, air conditioning and coffee table.

Kitchen

The chic open-plan kitchen is bright and contemporary, with modern appliances, including a dishwasher, washing machine, fridge freezer, kettle, toastie machine, oven and hob and ample dinnerware and utensils for self-catering.

Terrace and Pool

The large terrace sits to the front of the villa, facing out to sea, and has a sunbathing platform lined with sun loungers. Outdoor seating and dining areas are arranged on the terrace with a smart sunken seating area, and a BBQ has been provided for cooking up a feast. The extra-large private pool is perfect for cooling off in the day's heat.

Cleaning and Maintenance

We clean the villa before your arrival, and there will be a mid-stay clean for reservations of more than seven nights. There will be no mid-stay clean for reservations of 7 nights or fewer. For example, if you stay for ten or 14 nights, a mid-stay clean will be arranged at a convenient time. If you would like extra cleaning, please enquire at the time of booking to find out what the additional cleaning fee will be. Cleaning fees are charged per clean.

Security Deposit
