Villa Asteria 3 Kalkan is located in the Kordere area of Kalkan, which is becoming desirable for its incredible views, peace and privacy. A sea-facing private terrace sits at the front of the property overlooking stunning vistas of rolling green mountains contrasted with azure waters. The property has a slick and modern design and is crafted to cater as a secluded villa. This means it cannot be seen from the outside, so it is ideal for families or groups who desire complete privacy on their holiday.
The interior covers two floors with an open plan living space adjacent to the pool terrace at the ground floor level and three en suite bedrooms to sleep six on the upper floor. The master bedroom has the added feature of a private Jacuzzi so you can unwind at the end of the day. You can enjoy fantastic sea and nature views from the private pool terrace, which offers privacy to our guests. Ideal for a family or group of friends to enjoy a summer break, our modern villa is stylish and comfortable. Living Room

The modern lounge area is an ideal space for entertaining. In addition, there has a relaxing space perfect for unwinding after a long day in the sun. The living room has a seating group, TV, free internet, air conditioning, coffee table, and WC. Glass doors lead out from the living room to the pool terrace. 

Kitchen

Adjacent to the living room, the contemporary kitchen is American style. It features a dishwasher, washing machine, dining table, fridge freezer, kettle, oven and hob, and all the utensils required for a self-catering holiday.

Terrace and Pool

The private pool area is to the front of the villa facing the sea and mountains. At the front is an infinity swimming pool surrounded by a sunbathing platform and a shaded alfresco dining area with a BBQ. The terrace is furnished with plenty of garden furniture so you can spend relaxing days under the sun. The pool attendant completes the daily cleaning of the pool and garden area.

Cleaning and Maintenance

We clean the villa before your arrival, and there will be a mid-stay clean for reservations of more than seven nights. There will be no mid-stay clean for reservations of 7 nights or fewer. For example, if you stay for ten or 14 nights, a mid-stay clean will be arranged at a convenient time. If you would like extra cleaning, please enquire at the time of booking to find out what the additional cleaning fee will be. Cleaning fees are charged per clean.

Security Deposit

The security deposit for this villa is £500, which must be paid at the start of your holiday.
