Villa Ayala Kalkan is an ultra-modern 5-bedroom villa offering luxury accommodation for up to 10 guests in a stunning setting. Located in Kalkan’s Kiziltas district, close to the town centre, this impressive villa has incredible views sweeping over the azure sea to the islands on the horizon. You will discover delightful deluxe features in the interior, such as TVs and private Jacuzzies in all of the double en-suite bedrooms and a stunning fitted kitchen with storage units sunken into the walls. A combination of white marble flooring and bespoke furnishings creates a calm and elegant ambience in the interior living space. Outside the villa, space is in abundance with a generous terrace, an infinity pool and a shady side lawn area where children can play.
Devoted sun-seekers will love the roof terrace, where you can continue sunbathing or sip on a pre-dinner beverage as the sun goes down. With fantastic amenities such as a table tennis table, foosball table, infinity pool and private Jacuzzi, Villa Ayala has all you need for the ultimate summer escape.

Living Room

The living room is open with the kitchen and indoor dining space but sits in one wing of the room, so it still maintains a feeling of being a separate space. Large glass doors frame the pool and sea views and allow direct access to the terrace. This room is complete with a seating group, table and chairs, TV, free internet, air conditioning, coffee table and WC.

Kitchen

The ultra-modern fitted kitchen is open plan in style and equipped with the following amenities: microwave, fridge freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, kettle, toaster, oven and hob and all the dinnerware required for your self-catering stay. At the centre of the kitchen is a large indoor dining table for when you want to eat without being under the midday sun. You can still enjoy spectacular views from the indoor dining space across the pool and out to sea.

Garden, Pool and Terrace

The outside space is carefully arranged for the whole family to enjoy outdoor living. There is a large infinity pool, ample sun loungers, parasols, seating group, outdoor chairs, BBQ, swing, table tennis table and foosball table. The pool attendant completes the daily cleaning of the pool and garden area. More outside space is available on the roof terrace, furnished with a seating group and sun loungers. 

Cleaning and Maintenance

We clean the villa before your arrival, and there will be a mid-stay clean for reservations of more than seven nights. There will be no mid-stay clean for reservations of 7 nights or fewer. For example, if you stay for ten or 14 nights, a mid-stay clean will be arranged at a convenient time. If you would like extra cleaning, please enquire at the time of booking to find out what the additional cleaning fee will be. Cleaning fees are charged per clean.

Security Deposit

The security deposit for this villa is £500, which must be paid at the start of your holiday. This deposit will be returned to you at the end of your stay, provided no damage has been caused to the property.
