Bedrooms

Living Room

Step into an open-plan living area with a sofa and armchair arranged around a coffee table. The living area also includes a wall-mounted TV and sliding doors leading to the pool terrace.

Kitchen

A well-appointed kitchen features a microwave oven, built-in oven, refrigerator, washing machine, dishwasher, electric kettle, and a built-in 4-burner stove. The dining area is adorned with a dinner set for four, cutlery and a comprehensive pot and pan set. 

Terrace and Pool

The patio is arranged so you can enjoy outdoor living in privacy, with a high wall protecting the terrace from being viewed. The terrace is furnished with sun loungers, outdoor seating, an alfresco dining table, a BBQ, a swing seat and parasols surrounding the private swimming pool. The pool attendant completes the daily cleaning of the pool and garden area.

Cleaning and Maintenance

We clean the villa before your arrival, and there will be a mid-stay clean for reservations of more than seven nights. There will be no mid-stay clean for reservations of 7 nights or fewer. For example, if you stay for ten or 14 nights, a mid-stay clean will be arranged at a convenient time. If you would like extra cleaning, please ask when booking to find out the additional cleaning fee. Cleaning fees are charged per clean.

Security Deposit

The security deposit for this villa is £500, which must be paid at the start of your holiday. This deposit will be returned to you at the end of your stay, provided no damage has been caused to the property.
