The incredible villa Bella Mare Kalkan is in an unspoiled spot on the green mountains in Kalkan's Kalamar area. Our villa boasts the most beautiful natural views of rolling hills and the blue sea and can host up to 10 guests in 5 deluxe bedrooms. The design features of this villa are a true marvel with various raised and sunken water features on the outer grounds and the most incredible interior with a white and aqua blue colour scheme- you could almost be in Santorini in this property.
The space is bright and airy owing to the wide glass sliding doors leading out to the pool terrace and on the other side of the room opening out to the rear of the villa. A window rises through to the full height of the property, allowing the sunlight to stream in. Watch in awe as the sun sets behind the mountains illuminating the sea and sky. Living Room

The chic lounge area is fronted by glass windows which frame fantastic sea views. This space is ideal for relaxing away from the heat of the midday sun. The lounge area has a large comfy L-shaped sofa with plenty of cushions to relax on and watch the TV or read a book, and there's a sizeable stylish coffee table for drinks and snacks. There is also an Ottoman-style seating area and a pair of gold-effect easy chairs by the large window looking across the bay.

Kitchen

The bespoke kitchen area is finished in a contemporary style with stunning blue and white units and is open to the living room and indoor dining area. A central island combines the hob area and doubles as a breakfast bar. Facilities in the kitchen include a dishwasher, washing machine, dining table, fridge freezer, kettle, oven and hob and all the utensils required for your self-catering stay.

Terrace and Pool

The extensive terrace is ideal for spending long summer days and warm summer evenings. Centred by a generous infinity pool, the front of the terrace features plush sun loungers, a 4-poster ottoman-style seating area, and a raised sun lounging platform over a shallow pool. Adjacent to the property is ample shaded space for entertaining with a large dining table to seat the whole party, a cushioned ottoman-style seating area, a swing seat, a stone BBQ and a small kitchenette with a sink and space to prepare food. On the mountain-facing side of the shaded terrace, there is another smaller pool for children. The pool attendant completes the daily cleaning of the pool and garden area.

Cleaning and Maintenance

We clean the villa before your arrival, and there will be a mid-stay clean for reservations of more than seven nights. There will be no mid-stay clean for reservations of 7 nights or fewer. For example, if you stay for ten or 14 nights, a mid-stay clean will be arranged at a convenient time. If you would like extra cleaning, please enquire at the time of booking to find out what the additional cleaning fee will be. Cleaning fees are charged per clean.

Security Deposit

The security deposit for this villa is £500, which must be paid at the start of your holiday. This deposit will be returned to you at the end of your stay, provided no damage has been caused to the property.
