Living Room

The spacious living room provides a calm, relaxing space for you to entertain day or night. This modern interior is open plan and furnished with a seating group, TV, free internet, air conditioning, coffee table and direct access to the pool and terrace. Attractive features like the hung staircase, rock garden and wood-fitted kitchen create a welcoming feel to the main living space.

Kitchen

This American-style contemporary kitchen is a lovely space for preparing your meals. It is equipped with a dishwasher, washing machine,  fridge freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle, oven and hob and all the dinnerware and utensils needed for a self-catering property. At the centre is an island for prep, doubling up as a breakfast bar with four stools. To the front of the kitchen prep area is an indoor dining space with a table for 12 against large windows framing the pool and sea views.

Terrace and Pool

This stunning terrace has incredible views of the sea and mountains. To the centre is a large private infinity pool with shallow ends where sun loungers are placed in the water. A round seating area is set into the pool so you can enjoy the views as the water laps around you. The terrace is furnished with sun loungers, a seating group, an alfresco dining table, a BBQ, a swing seat and parasols. The pool attendant completes the daily cleaning of the pool and garden area. Cleaning and Maintenance

We clean the villa before your arrival, and there will be a mid-stay clean for reservations of more than seven nights. There will be no mid-stay clean for reservations of 7 nights or fewer. For example, if you stay for ten or 14 nights, a mid-stay clean will be arranged at a convenient time. If you would like extra cleaning, please enquire at the time of booking to find out what the additional cleaning fee will be. Cleaning fees are charged per clean.

Security Deposit

The security deposit for this villa is £500, which must be paid at the start of your holiday.
