Villa Bliss 74 Kalkan is a magnificent contemporary villa in Kalkan's Kiziltas neighbourhood which sleeps up to eight guests. This villa has stunning views of the azure seas of Kalkan Bay, thanks to its hilltop location. The sleek interior comprises an open-plan living area and 4 deluxe bedrooms with en suite bathrooms. Stunning white marble floors, soft mood lighting and bespoke furnishings mark the modern concept of Villa Bliss 74. The interior is finished in a light neutral colour palette which establishes a contemporary and sleek ambience.
You will love spending laid-back afternoons on the spacious terrace enveloping the villa building and fronted by a green lawn. Cool off in the infinity pool or lounge on the sun beds with your feet dipping into the shallow waters. You can enjoy your evenings making an alfresco feast and dining under the stars by the illuminated poolside.

Living Room

This villa has a bright and airy lounge set back from the pool terrace and accessed through large sliding doors.  This room has a seating group, LCD TV, free internet, air conditioning, and an indoor dining table.

Kitchen

This American-style contemporary kitchen is a lovely space for preparing your meals. It is equipped with a dishwasher, washing machine,  fridge freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle, oven and hob and all the dinnerware and utensils needed for a self-catering property. At the centre is an island for prep, doubling up as a breakfast bar with stools. To the side of the kitchen prep area is an indoor dining space with a table for 8 against large windows framing the pool and sea views.

Terrace and Pool

The spacious terrace offers a lovely private pool and small feature garden, sun loungers, a seating group, a swing, outdoor seating, BBQ, and parasols. The pool attendant completes the daily cleaning of the pool and garden area. Pool dimensions: Length 10 m Width 4.0 m Depth 1.50 m

Cleaning and Maintenance

We clean the villa before your arrival, and there will be a mid-stay clean for reservations of more than seven nights. There will be no mid-stay clean for reservations of 7 nights or fewer. For example, if you stay for ten or 14 nights, a mid-stay clean will be arranged at a convenient time. If you would like extra cleaning, please enquire at the time of booking to find out what the additional cleaning fee will be. Cleaning fees are charged per clean.

Security Deposit
