Villa Blue Harmony offers ample accommodation for families or groups of friends, with 5 well appointed en suite bedrooms designed to ensure a restful night's sleep. The fully equipped kitchen opens onto the outdoor living space. The inviting terrace is furnished with sun loungers, for all to recline and relax by the large infinity pool or unwind in the shaded lounge area for a quiet moment. A built-in barbecue and dining area offer the perfect setting for al fresco dinners against a backdrop of stunning sunsets. Living Room

The lounge area has a relaxing ambience, perfect after a long day in the sun. This space is complete with a seating group, LCD television, DVD player, free internet, air conditioning and coffee table. Patio glass doors lead out onto the pool terrace from the living room.

Kitchen

Designed for optimal usage, the modernised generous kitchen area is equipped with a dishwasher, washing machine, fridge freezer, microwave, kettle, oven and hob and all the utensils and dinnerware required for a self-catering holiday. There is a breakfast bar and dining table connecting the kitchen and living area, making it an ideal space for entertaining the whole group. The kitchen area is on the ground floor, directly adjacent to the pool terrace.

Terrace and Pool

The terrace area is spacious and boasts elevated views of the sea and mountains. Enjoy a cool off in the private infinity pool. In addition, the terrace has a large patio area with shaded areas and plenty of furniture, including sun loungers, table and chairs, an alfresco dining table, BBQ and parasols. The pool attendant completes the daily cleaning of the pool and garden area.

Cleaning and Maintenance

We clean the villa before your arrival, and there will be a mid-stay clean for reservations of more than seven nights. There will be no mid-stay clean for reservations of 7 nights or fewer. For example, if you stay for ten or 14 nights, a mid-stay clean will be arranged at a convenient time. If you would like extra cleaning, please enquire at the time of booking to find out what the additional cleaning fee will be. Cleaning fees are charged per clean.

Security Deposit

The security deposit for this villa is £500, which must be paid at the start of your holiday. This deposit will be returned to you at the end of your stay, provided no damage has been caused to the property.
