Facing south, the patio gets sunlight from morning until evening and is ideally placed for you to observe some truly spectacular sunsets. The infinity edged swimming pool provides cool relief from the midday sun and there is an integrated outdoor jacuzzi raised above the pool, perfect for relaxing and taking in the glorious sea views. Recline with a book under the shade of the pergola or feast alfresco on the outside dining table with the stars shining above. The close proximity to the town and amenities, serene setting and wonderful views make villa Blush an excellent choice for your Kalkan retreat.

Kitchen
The kitchen is finished to a very high standard with brushed grey fittings and an indoor dining table to seat 10. Glass doors allow direct access to the alfresco dining area from the kitchen. Amenities in the kitchen include a dishwasher, washing machine, kettle, fridge freezer, oven and hob, toaster, microwave, water dispenser and all the utensils and dinnerware required for 10 guest self-catering.
Living Room
Adjacent to the kitchen is an open plan living space with sliding doors connecting to the pool and patio area. This room features a sumptuous L-shaped sofa, coffee table and entertainment centre with smart TV that can connect to your Netflix. A cloakroom area and WC are found on the ground floor next to the living space.
Terrace, Garden and Pool
There is a generous pool terrace which combines a sunbathing area plus patio with shaded alfresco dining and seating areas. At the centre is a large infinity swimming pool with a raised jacuzzi and a shallow area set within the main pool where sun loungers sit in the water. On the lower ground floor outside the bottom bedrooms is an intimate courtyard garden area with lovely, landscaped planting.
Cleaning and Maintenance
We clean the villa before your arrival and once per week after check. If you would like extra cleaning, please enquire at the time of booking to find out what the additional cleaning fee will be. Cleaning fees are charged per clean.
Security Deposit
The security deposit for this villa is £100 which must be paid at the start of your holiday. This deposit will be returned to you at the end of your stay after provided no damage has been caused to the property
