Fronted by full height glass windows that from the pool and sea views, the living room is spacious and open plan in style. Well-appointed for entertaining, the living room is finished with seating group, TV, free internet, iron, ironing board, air conditioning and coffee table.

Kitchen
The kitchen area is a stylish American style modern space with sitting area. It hosts a dishwasher, washing machine, fridge, dinner table for 10 people, oven and hob and all the utensils required for luxury self-catering stay.

Terrace and Pool
The stunning pool area has much to offer our guests with a large infinity pool, jacuzzi and children’s pool combined. A spacious terrace wraps around the building of the villa and has high quality outdoor furnishings including sun loungers, alfresco dining table, rattan seating group, BBQ and parasols. The pool attendant completes daily cleaning of the pool and garden area.

Cleaning and Maintenance
We clean the villa before your arrival and once per week after check. If you would like extra cleaning, please enquire at the time of booking to find out what the additional cleaning fee will be. Cleaning fees are charged per clean.

Security Deposit
The security deposit for this villa is £100 which must be paid at the start of your holiday. This deposit will be returned to you at the end of your stay after provided no damage has been caused to the property.
