Note: The indoor pool has complimentary heating between October 10th and April 30th. If you would like the pool to be heated outside of these dates, please enquire about the additional fee that will be applied. 

Bedrooms

1. Bedroom: Double bed, bedside table, air conditioning, balcony, bathroom, travel cot. and WC.

2. Bedroom: Twin beds, bedside table, air conditioning, balcony, bathroom, and WC.

3. Bedroom: Double bed, bedside table, air conditioning, TV, jacuzzi, bathroom, and WC. 

Living Room

Step into an open-plan living area with a large L-shaped sofa and armchair arranged around a coffee table. The living area also includes a wall-mounted TV and sliding doors leading to the pool terrace.

Kitchen

This American-style modern space features a dishwasher, washing machine, fridge freezer, kettle, microwave, oven hob, and all the utensils and dinnerware required for a self-catering holiday. At the side of the kitchen is a dining table for 6, and glass doors lead from here to the terrace.

Terrace and Pool

The patio is arranged so you can enjoy outdoor living with sun loungers, outdoor seating, an outdoor shower, an alfresco dining table, a BBQ, and parasols surrounding the large, bespoke infinity pool. The pool attendant completes the daily cleaning of the pool and garden area.

Cleaning and Maintenance

We clean the villa before your arrival, and there will be a mid-stay clean for reservations of more than seven nights. There will be no mid-stay clean for reservations of 7 nights or fewer. For example, if you stay for ten or 14 nights, a mid-stay clean will be arranged at a convenient time. If you would like extra cleaning, please enquire when booking to find out what the additional cleaning fee will be. Cleaning fees are charged per clean.

Security Deposit
