Villa Cina

Villa Cina Kalkan is a fantastic, centrally located villa that allows our guests easy access to all the town's amenities. Perched in an elevated position, this villa has breathtaking views of the sea and islands and a private terrace with the day-long sun. Suited for a large group or family, our villa is spacious inside and out and has five deluxe bedrooms to sleep up to ten guests. Four of the five bedrooms have sea-facing balconies with wonderful new aspects to discover when admiring the elevated bay views. The interior is bright and contemporary, with a cream and anthracite colour scheme. Perfectly positioned so you can admire the fantastic sunset spectacle, you will have a memorable holiday at villa Cina.

Living Room

The calm and generously sized living area is excellent for entertaining and unwinding from the year's stresses. This comfortable open-plan living space is furnished with a seating group, television, DVD player, free internet, air conditioning, coffee table and separate WC. Full-height glass doors lead out to the terrace, filling this room with light. You can go to the pool terrace from the living room.

Kitchen

The modern kitchen has a central island, a hob, and an integrated breakfast bar. In addition, it features a dishwasher, washing machine, dining table, fridge freezer, kettle, oven and hob and all the utensils and dinnerware you could need a self-catering escape.

Terrace and Pool

The private terrace has day-long sun and a fantastic infinity pool with an outdoor jacuzzi. The sunny patio has ample garden furniture, including sun loungers, an alfresco dining table, a BBQ and parasols. The pool attendant completes the daily cleaning of the pool and garden area.

Cleaning and Maintenance

We clean the villa before your arrival, and there will be a mid-stay clean for reservations of more than seven nights. There will be no mid-stay clean for reservations of 7 nights or fewer. For example, if you stay for ten or 14 nights, a mid-stay clean will be arranged at a convenient time. If you would like extra cleaning, please enquire at the time of booking to find out what the additional cleaning fee will be. Cleaning fees are charged per clean.

Security Deposit

The security deposit for this villa is £250, which must be paid at the start of your holiday. This deposit will be returned to you at the end of your stay, provided no damage has been caused to the property. You can look at our sea view villas page for more properties with incredible views.
