Villa Cornelia sits elegantly on the slopes of Kalkan's Kalamar area, offering five bedrooms to comfortably hosts ten guests. This luxury property has incredible views of the bays at Kalkan, with the crystal waters stretching out to the horizon. The property is fronted by a large, stylish terrace centred by a uniquely designed tiered infinity swimming pool which comprises the main pool, sunken integrated Jacuzzi and raised, wood-topped sunbathing platforms above the water. To the side of the terrace, a large pergola provides welcome shade over the alfresco dining area, equipped with a built-in BBQ so you can prepare a feast from the comfort of your private accommodation.

The interior is bright and airy, with an open-plan living space divided into two, with the kitchen and dining room to one side and the lounge to the other. This room has full-height glass windows framing the sea and island views. Living Room

The spacious sea view lounge area provides a relaxed and comfortable space for unwinding and entertaining and has striking design features such as double-sided glass walls and an elegant hung staircase. It is furnished with a seating group, air conditioning, TV, DVD player, sound system and coffee table. Beautiful views over the pool and sea can be admired from the living room, and large sliding doors lead directly out to the pool terrace.

Kitchen

The deluxe kitchen area is open-plan in style and finished with a stunning modern design. It is well equipped with a fridge freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, dining table, oven, toaster, kettle and hob and all the utensils and dinnerware required for a self-catering stay.

Pool and Terrace

A large terrace sweeps across the front of the villa, centred by a sizeable infinity pool that includes an integrated sunken Jacuzzi area. The pool's edges have shallow areas where plush sun loungers are fixed into the water. A range of quality garden furniture on the patio includes an alfresco table, outdoor seating, a swing and a BBQ. The pool attendant completes the daily cleaning of the pool and garden area.

Cleaning and Maintenance

We clean the villa before your arrival, and there will be a mid-stay clean for reservations of more than seven nights. There will be no mid-stay clean for reservations of 7 nights or fewer. For example, if you stay for ten or 14 nights, a mid-stay clean will be arranged at a convenient time. If you would like extra cleaning, please enquire when booking to find out what the additional cleaning fee will be. Cleaning fees are charged per clean.

Security Deposit

The security deposit for this villa is £500, which must be paid at the start of your holiday. This deposit will be returned to you at the end of your stay, provided no damage has been caused to the property.
