Our villa boasts a contemporary and classy interior and is very spacious inside and out. Stunning black marble flooring covers the open-plan living space on the ground floor and gives the room a luxurious and elegant feel. The outer terrace has a private infinity pool which looks out over the unspoiled turquoise bay at Kalamar. Surrounding the pool is a spacious sunbathing terrace with an alfresco dining area and a shaded games space with a table tennis table to keep the whole group entertained.

Topping the villa is a full-length roof terrace furnished for reclining and sunbathing, and you will marvel at the breathtaking sea views from this aspect. Living Room

The contemporary living area is spacious and open, ideal for entertaining and cooling off under the air conditioning after a hot summer day. This room has a seating group, LCD TV, free internet, air conditioning, coffee table and WC. Full-height glass doors fill this room with natural light and lead out onto the pool terrace area. Note: On the lower ground floor, there is a complete games room featuring a PlayStation, darts board, air hockey table and foosball table.

Kitchen

The chic American-style kitchen is fully fitted and well equipped to prepare meals day or night. The hob is set on a central island with an extended breakfast bar and stools. It has a range of modern appliances, including a dishwasher, washing machine, dining table, microwave, fridge freezer, kettle, toaster, oven and hob and all the utensils required for a self-catering retreat.

Terrace and Pool

Positioned at the front of the villa with views over the bay at Kalamar, the private terrace has an infinity pool and furnished patio. Our guests use sun loungers, outdoor seating, table tennis table, alfresco dining table, BBQ and parasols. At the top of the villa is a spacious roof terrace with a seating area and sun loungers to enjoy the elevated sea views. The pool attendant completes the daily cleaning of the pool and garden area.

Cleaning and Maintenance

We clean the villa before your arrival, and there will be a mid-stay clean for reservations of more than seven nights. There will be no mid-stay clean for reservations of 7 nights or fewer. For example, if you stay for ten or 14 nights, a mid-stay clean will be arranged at a convenient time. If you would like extra cleaning, please enquire at the time of booking to find out what the additional cleaning fee will be. Cleaning fees are charged per clean.

Security Deposit

The security deposit for this villa is £500, which must be paid at the start of your holiday. This deposit will be returned to you at the end of your stay, provided no damage has been caused to the property.
