Villa Dreams Kalkan is a unique property with unique angular architecture and beautiful outside space with a raised pool terrace and spacious lower green lawn. The villa is located in an elevated part of Kalkan's Kalamar district in a serene spot surrounded by plush green mountains. The property covers two floors and has an elegant, roomy interior, finished with sleekly designed features and furnishings. Four deluxe en suite bedrooms provide comfortable havens for up to 8 guests with opulent bathrooms and a master room with a private Jacuzzi overlooking the green garden. The outside space is exciting and welcoming, with a luxurious pool terrace off the upper floor adjacent to the open-plan living space. Here you can lounge to your heart's content on the plush sun loungers that line the edge of the infinity swimming pool.
Enjoy an alfresco breakfast or dinner, which you can prepare on the built-in BBQ, which sits on the other side of the terrace. Steps lead down from the patio to a sizable lawn with stepping stones leading to a seating area and a table tennis table in the garden. The bedrooms have direct access to the upper terrace or the lower lawn area. This ultra-luxury villa, which was completed in 2021, is a beautiful place for you to enjoy a fun-packed family holiday.

Bedrooms

1st Bedroom: Includes a double king-size bed, Jacuzzi, wardrobe, bedside table, air conditioning, make-up table, bathroom-WC and balcony.

2nd Bedroom: Includes a double king-size bed, bedside table, air conditioner, vanity table, wardrobe, bathroom-WC and balcony.

3rd Bedroom: Includes a double king-size bed, wardrobe, bedside table, air conditioning, make-up table, bathroom-WC and terrace.

4th Bedroom: Includes two single comfort beds, a wardrobe, air conditioner, bedside table, make-up table, bathroom-WC and exit to the pool terrace.

Living Room:

Located on the villa's entrance floor (the upper floor above a lower ground floor), the contemporary lounge is fronted by large glass windows which frame views of the infinity pool and lower lawn. This space is decorated with modern fitting in monochrome tones. The living room has air conditioning, satellite receiver, TV, DVD Player, a large L-shaped sofa and a coffee table.

Kitchen:

The open plan kitchen is ultra-chic with a uniquely designed island with a hob that is integrated with a large indoor dining table. The kitchen amenities include a microwave oven, dishwasher, built-in oven, refrigerator, washing machine, built-in 4-burner stove, electric kettle, toaster, pot and pan set, dinner set for eight people, cutlery and glassware. The kitchen is located on the pool floor with direct access to the alfresco dining and BBQ area.

Pool & Garden:

The villa has outside space, arranged over two levels. On the top level is an infinity pool with sunbathing terrace, shaded outdoor seating, a dining area, and built-in BBQ facilities. One level down, accessed by a flight of external steps, is a spacious green lawn with a seating area and table tennis table. Garden and pool maintenance is done daily by the attendant.

Cleaning and Maintenance 

We clean the villa before your arrival, and there will be a mid-stay clean for reservations of more than seven nights. There will be no mid-stay clean for reservations of 7 nights or fewer. For example, if you stay for ten or 14 nights, a mid-stay clean will be arranged at a convenient time. If you would like extra cleaning, please enquire at the time of booking to find out what the additional cleaning fee will be. Cleaning fees are charged per clean.

Security Deposit

The security deposit for this villa is £500, which must be paid at the start of your holiday.
