Villa Elite Kalkan combines ultra-sleek design with gorgeous sea views and deluxe amenities, giving our guests the ultimate Kalkan holiday. Our striking contemporary villa is located in a fantastic, convenient area in Ortaalan, Kalkan and boasts magnificent sea and island views from every aspect. This villa's theme is ultra-modern and has been executed to significant effect both inside and out. Outside you can bask in the glorious summer sun on plush sun loungers or from the large infinity pool, which has an integrated shallow end and mosaic steps for safe entry. To each side of the pool are alfresco dining and lounging areas set under shade created by large pergolas.
Step inside to discover a striking modern design with a solid black-and-white colour scheme that gives this property a sense of class. Even the ceiling has been designed to complement the theme with sleek black beams set with mood lighting. Five ultra luxe bedrooms occupy space on every floor, with two masters boasting private Jacuzzis and all have access to the outside area, either the pool terrace or sea-facing balconies. With a unique design, great outdoor and indoor amenities and the perfect location, Villa Elite will leave you with excellent, lasting memories.

Note: New Additions for 2023: Villa Elite has undergone a refurbishment and now has excellent new features, including an indoor pool (not heated), a games area and private cinema space all on the lower ground floor of the property.

Living Room

The minimalist lounge area is an ideal space for entertaining. It has access to the outdoor pool terrace through full-height glass doors, which frame the views of the bay. The lounge area is relaxed and comfortable, perfect after a long day in the sun. This space has multiple seating groups, a TV, a DVD player, free internet, air conditioning and a coffee table.

Kitchen

The ultra-modern kitchen is finished with black units and a breakfast bar and is equipped with all the modern appliances you could wish for. It features a dishwasher, washing machine, coffee machine, microwave, toaster, kettle, fridge freezer, oven and hob and all the utensils required for a self-catering break.

Terrace and Pool

The generous terrace has a beautiful shaded alfresco dining area with a BBQ and a sunbathing patio with comfortable loungers. There is also a shaded lounging area with a large pergola for shade at the other end of the terrace. At the front of the terrace is a large infinity pool with steps and a ladder entrance. The pool attendant completes the daily cleaning of the pool and garden area.

Cleaning and Maintenance

We clean the villa before your arrival, and there will be a mid-stay clean for reservations of more than seven nights. There will be no mid-stay clean for reservations of 7 nights or fewer. For example, if you stay for ten or 14 nights, a mid-stay clean will be arranged at a convenient time. If you would like extra cleaning, please enquire at the time of booking to find out what the additional cleaning fee will be. Cleaning fees are charged per clean.

Security Deposit
