Our striking contemporary villa is located in Kalkan and boasts magnificent sea and island views. Our villa has a jacuzzi and infinity pool which spills out into the turquoise waters below so you can really make the most of your summer days. This interior is bright and modern with a lovely open plan living space. Villa Elite has 5 en suite bedrooms all of which are sea facing. if you want to have an incredible holiday, this villa can be your dream choice.

Living Room
The minimalistic lounge area is an ideal space for entertaining. It has access to the outdoor pool terrace through full height glass doors which frame the views of the bay. The lounge area is cool and comfortable, perfect after a long day in the sun. This space is furnished with a seating group, TV, DVD player free internet, air conditioning and coffee table.

Kitchen
The ultra-modern kitchen is finished with black units and breakfast bar and is equipped with all the modern appliances you could wish for. It features a dishwasher, washing machine, coffee machine, microwave, toaster, kettle, fridge freezer, oven and hob and all the utensils required for a self-catering break.

Terrace and Pool
The generous terrace has a wonderful shaded alfresco dining area with BBQ as well as a sunbathing patio with comfortable loungers. At the front of the terrace is a large infinity pool with steps and ladder entrance. The pool attendant completes daily cleaning of the pool and garden area.

Cleaning and Maintenance
We clean the villa before your arrival and once per week after check. If you would like extra cleaning, please enquire at the time of booking to find out what the additional cleaning fee will be. Cleaning fees are charged per clean.

Security Deposit
The security deposit for this villa is £100 which must be paid at the start of your holiday. This deposit will be returned to you at the end of your stay after provided no damage has been caused to the property.
