Living Room
Tastefully decorated and contemporary in design, the open plan living room is a great space for entertaining. Perfect for relaxing after a long day in the sun, this room is furnished with a seating group, TV, free internet, air conditioning and coffee table. Full height glass doors give direct access to the pool terrace for your convenience.

Kitchen
Combined with the living room the open plan kitchen is fully fitted and modernised. It has a dishwasher, washing machine, dining table, kettle, fridge freezer, oven and hob and all the utensils required for a self-catering break. Direct access to the pool is available through full height glass doors.

Terrace and Pool
The private terrace has amazing views far out to sea. To the front of the terrace is an infinity pool with integrated children’s pool and the surrounding patio is furnished with sun loungers, alfresco dining table, BBQ and parasols. The pool attendant completes daily cleaning of the pool and garden area.

Cleaning and Maintenance
We clean the villa before your arrival and once per week after check. If you would like extra cleaning, please enquire at the time of booking to find out what the additional cleaning fee will be. Cleaning fees are charged per clean.

Security Deposit
The security deposit for this villa is £100 which must be paid at the start of your holiday. This deposit will be returned to you at the end of your stay after provided no damage has been caused to the property.
