Villa Elmali Gokce is nestled in an exclusive spot surrounded by pine-filled hills in a private luxury hideaway in a stunning, remote, and natural setting that is only a few kilometres from old Kayaköy, 20 kilometres southwest of Fethiye, 16 kilometres west of Ölüdeniz , and 63 kilometres from Dalaman Airport.Designed to accommodate a group or family of 6, this property has three elegant bedrooms and breathtaking landscaped grounds. The property has a classic feel owing to its architectural harmony, enhanced by the exquisitely carved wooden features combined with the expert use of local stone in the building’s structure. Seasoned wood, chestnut, and oak, as well as wrought iron and stone, have all been creatively used throughout the house to mirror the surrounding environment and showcase the beautiful craftsmanship of the past. Once inside, the home has a roomy open-concept living, dining, and kitchen area that, along with the high, vaulted ceilings, artistically combines Anatolian Ottoman design with cottage-chic accents and fresh modern sophistication. A twin-bedded room downstairs, next to the living area, is tastefully arranged with Ottoman décor. This adjacent shower room has some unique features, which doubles as a guest cloakroom. Two magnificently decorated master bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms are located upstairs. The elegance of these spaces honours the craftsmanship of the stonemasons and woodworkers who contributed to the Gökçe Gemile project. The bathrooms with showers come next. Each is distinctive, and the expert use of stone, such as the basins made from single pieces of expertly sculpted metamorphic rock and the walls, covered with slabs of fossiliferous limestone from Elmali and Gaziantep, or lined with pebbles collected from the Dalaman River, makes these rooms ideal for relaxing.
This garden is the ideal tranquil setting to unwind at any time of day or night. It is bordered by pine forests and features the calming sound of cascading water, enhanced by uninterrupted azure sea views. A stunning 125 square metre saltwater swimming pool with room for the entire family is available. It is accessed via stone steps built into the water feature rockery.

• So that your booking may be confirmed, a deposit must be paid representing 50% of the accommodation cost TOGETHER WITH the total cost of any transfers that Gokce Gemile has arranged.
• 12 WEEKS prior to arrival at Gökçe Gemile – and thus for any bookings made within this time – the balance for the entire booking is due in full.
• The 50% is determined according to the house booking price detailed above.

1st Bedroom: Twin room on the ground floor. Two single beds, wardrobe, bedside table, air conditioner. A separate WC on the ground floor serves as the bathroom for this bedroom.

2nd Bedroom: Includes a double bed, bedside table, air conditioner, make-up table, wardrobe, bathroom-WC and balcony.

3rd Bedroom: Includes two single comfort beds, a wardrobe, air conditioner, bedside table, make-up table, bathroom-WC and balcony.

Living Room: The luxurious open-plan living space is bright and airy, connecting to the outer grounds via large sliding doors. The room is tastefully designed with natural textiles and materials in neutral tones. A few striking elements in this living area include the lovely oak table and benches, the fireplace made of white Elmali stone, and the floor, which is elegantly set out with attractive gneiss slabs. A plush L-shaped sofa accented by beautifully carved wooden side and coffee tables are at the centre of the room. Above the fireplace is a wall-mounted flat-screen TV with Blue Tooth, a USB video facility, and a Bluetooth wireless speaker. The first floor is accessible via a bespoke open-tread wooden staircase. Below the stairs is a guest WC and shower room which also serves as a bathroom for the ground floor twin bedroom.

Kitchen:

The elegantly furnished, open-plan, well-appointed kitchen is located adjacent to the living room. It connects to sliding doors that open onto the private terrace and garden, making it ideal for al fresco dining. It has custom-made oak cabinets, black granite work surfaces, and an integrated electric hob. The facilities provided in the kitchen include; an American-style fridge freezer, a dishwasher, a microwave, a coffee maker, an ice maker, a chilled water dispenser, and all the crockery and utensils you need for self-catering.

Pool & Terrace:

At the ground floor level is a south-facing terrace centred by a large infinity pool. Surrounding the pool is a large patio with comfortable sun loungers and an outdoor seating area. To the side of the terrace is a large alfresco dining area shaded by a gazebo with a dining table and a built-in BBQ. Terrace and pool maintenance is completed daily by the attendant.

Cleaning and Maintenance

The villa is thoroughly cleaned for your arrival, and there will be light cleaning daily. Towels and bed linens are changed every two days. If you would like extra cleaning, please enquire at the time of booking to find out what the additional cleaning fee will be. Cleaning fees are charged per clean.

Deposit: A deposit of £500 is required at the entrance to the villa. The villa/apartment will be checked 10 minutes before the departure from the villa. The deposit will be returned to our guest if there are no problems, such as any damaged, broken, or lost items.
