Villa Escala Kalkan is an architectural gem occupying the highest point above the unspoiled bay in Kalkan's Kalamar district. The outer terrace is a sight to behold, with a large infinity pool incorporating a sunken seating area and floating sunbathing platforms. The exterior offers considerable space for enjoying your summer days, with a large wooden platform dedicated to outdoor lounging and a spacious shaded dining area where you can dine alfresco at your leisure. Internally the property is equally striking with a bold and ultra-modern design theme.
Extending over three floors, this property will comfortably accommodate 12 guests with six stunning en suite bedrooms. Crowning villa Escala is a generous roof terrace with a rooftop bar and lounge. This space offers the most stunning elevated views reaching far out to sea over Kalamar bay. The property is brand new and will serve its first guests in the summer of 2022.

Kitchen

The hi-tech kitchen is sleek and contemporary, with a central island and integrated breakfast bar. The kitchen amenities include a dishwasher, washing machine, kettle, fridge freezer, oven and hob, toaster, microwave, and all the utensils and dinnerware required for a 12-guest self-catering stay.

Living Room

In keeping with the modern interior design style, the living room is open plan with a double-height ceiling and two-storey windows designed to frame the endless sea views. A chic sitting area with a TV and entertainment centre connects to the indoor dining space.

Terrace and Pool

Villa Escala has expansive outer grounds that are beautifully landscaped and uniquely designed with the height of luxury. The sweeping infinity swimming pool combines a sunken jacuzzi and a sunken seating area within the large central pool. Wooden sunbathing platforms are integrated into the pool's edges and float on the water. There is a spacious patio which traces across the front of the villa leading to a large, shaded area equipped with a dining table and BBQ area for alfresco dining. Outdoor furnishings are abundant, and you will never tire of the magnificent sea views which display the whole of Kalamar bay. At the top of the villa, a sizeable roof terrace allows space for our guests to sip on a beverage at sunset on the exclusive rooftop bar. Pool Dimensions: L 18 m W 7 m D 1.70 m

Cleaning and Maintenance

We clean the villa before your arrival, and there will be a mid-stay clean for reservations of more than seven nights. There will be no mid-stay clean for reservations of 7 nights or fewer. For example, if you stay for ten or 14 nights, a mid-stay clean will be arranged at a convenient time. If you would like extra cleaning, please enquire at the time of booking to find out what the additional cleaning fee will be. Cleaning fees are charged per clean.

Security Deposit

The security deposit for this villa is £500, which must be paid at the start of your holiday. This deposit will be returned to you at the end of your stay, provided no damage has been caused to the property.
