Kitchen
The hi-tech kitchen is sleek and contemporary with central island and integrated breakfast bar. The kitchen amenities are inclusive of a dishwasher, washing machine, kettle, fridge freezer, oven and hob, toaster, microwave, and all the utensils and dinnerware required for a 12 guest self-catering stay.
Living Room
In keeping with the modern interior design style, the living room is open plan with a double height ceiling and two-storey windows designed to frame the endless sea views. A chic sitting area with TV and entertainment centre connects to the indoor dining space.
Terrace and Pool
Villa Escala has expansive outer grounds which are beautifully landscaped and uniquely designed with the height of luxury in mind. The sweeping infinity swimming pool combines both a sunken jacuzzi and sunken seating area within the large main pool. Wooden sunbathing platforms are integrated into the edges of the pool and seem to float on the water. There is a spacious patio which traces across the front of the villa leading to a large, shaded area equipped with dining table and BBQ area for alfresco dining. Outdoor furnishings are abundant, and you will never tire of the magnificent sea views which display the whole of Kalamar bay.
At the top of the villa a sizeable roof terrace allows space for our guests to sip on a beverage at sunset on the exclusive rooftop bar.
Cleaning and Maintenance
We clean the villa before your arrival and once per week after check. If you would like extra cleaning, please enquire at the time of booking to find out what the additional cleaning fee will be. Cleaning fees are charged per clean.
Security Deposit
The security deposit for this villa is £100 which must be paid at the start of your holiday. This deposit will be returned to you at the end of your stay after provided no damage has been caused to the property.
