Villa Euterpe boasts 3 beautifully appointed bedrooms, each designed with a keen eye for detail to ensure maximum comfort and relaxation. For a rejuvenated stay the spacious master bedroom features a deep sinking bathtub to enjoy soaking away stress and tension with stunning views over the Mediterranean Sea. The remaining bedrooms are equally inviting, with sophisticated and cosy interşor design, comfortable beds, seaviews and en-suite bathrooms.

The villa's open-plan living area with spectacular floor-to-ceiling large windows flood the room with natural light and offer breathtaking sea views over the Mediterranean Sea and landscape, creating a perfect space for relaxation and socialising.

The stylishly furnished open living room is equipped with a plush sofa & armchairs, coffee table and a flat-screen TV, plus a cosy cinema room ideal for refuge out of the scorching summer heat. At Villa Euterpe you do not have to go too far for the traditional Turkish spa experience by enjoying your very own sauna made from original Siberian pine wood.

The open living room features a dining table for 6 and shares the space with a beautifully crafted fully equipped kitchen with warm wooden tones and clean marble countertops to create a modern rustic Mediterranean countryside feel.

Villa Euterpe's outdoor spaces are designed to make the most of Kalkan's glorious climate. The stoneware terrace features a private infinity pool, sun loungers, and a dining area with a barbecue – perfect for alfresco dining while enjoying the panoramic views of Kalkan Bay.

The beautifully landscaped garden offers a peaceful retreat where guests can unwind amidst lush greenery. Villa Euterpe is ideally situated in the tranquil Kiziltas area of Kalkan, known for its stunning views and peaceful ambience. The villa is just a short distance from Kalkan's vibrant town centre, where guests can explore a variety of shops, rooftop restaurants, beach clubs and bars. 

Bedrooms

1. Bedroom: Double bed, bedside table, air conditioning, ground floor terrace and sea views, free-standing bath, bathroom and WC.

2. Bedroom: Double bed, bedside table, air conditioning, upper ground sea view balcony, bathroom and WC.

3. Bedroom: 2 single beds, bedside table, air conditioning, upper ground sea view balcony, bathroom and WC.

Living Room

The open-plan living room is finished to a high standard. This space is furnished with a plush sofa and armchaşrs. There is a-Flat-screen TV, a coffee table and an indoor dining table. Direct access to the pool terrace is available through sliding glass doors.

Kitchen

The modern kitchen comes with all the necessary appliances you could need for a self-catering holiday and looks out onto the pool terrace. The following amenities are provided for the use of our guests: dishwasher, washing machine, fridge freezer, toaster, kettle, oven, and gas hob.

Terrace, Garden, and Pool

The outdoor area offers sea views best enjoyed from the salt-water infused chlorine free infinity-edged private pool. The pool terrace includes sun loungers, an outdoor seating group, an alfresco dining area to seat 6 and a BBQ. The pool attendant completes the daily cleaning of the pool and garden area.

Cleaning and Maintenance

We clean the villa before your arrival, and there will be a mid-stay clean for reservations of more than seven nights. There will be no mid-stay clean for reservations of 7 nights or fewer. For example, if you stay for ten or 14 nights, a mid-stay clean will be arranged conveniently. If you would like extra cleaning, please enquire at the time of booking to find out what the additional cleaning fee will be. Cleaning fees are charged per clean.

Security Deposit

The security deposit for this villa is £500, which must be paid at the start of your holiday. This deposit will be returned to you at the end of your stay, provided no damage has been caused to the property.
