Villa Everes Kalkan is in the sought-after Kısla area renowned for its peace and tranquillity and is finished to the highest standard with an abundance of outside space. This four-bedroom property boasts panoramic views of the sea and mountains. It has multiple options for you to enjoy time out of doors with a large pool terrace, lower ground terrace, sea-facing balconies and shaded roof terrace, which traces the length of the building.

A generously sized saltwater infinity pool curves around the corner of the main terrace, looking out to the azure sea beyond. You can partake in a game of table tennis or prepare a summer banquet in the alfresco dining area, complete with a prep area and built-in BBQ.

The interior brings many delights, from the chic open plan living space, walled by glass, so you can always admire the bay views, to the private Jacuzzi in the master bedroom set again so you can observe the turquoise vistas below. On the lower ground level, adjacent to two bedrooms and a spacious second terrace, is a fully equipped private gym, so you will never have to venture out of the villa for any needs. With space and facilities to comfortably host eight guests, you will be counting the days until you can return to this villa.

Living Room

The lounge area is a beautiful, homely space and comfortable seating area. An ideal space for entertaining, it is furnished with a seating group, LCD television, air conditioning, and a coffee table. In addition, you can access the pool terrace from the living room. One level down, you will discover a private gym equipped with yoga and pilates equipment, a running machine, an exercise bike and a weight machine.

Kitchen

The kitchen is a spacious open plan area with a combined indoor dining area. It is equipped with a dishwasher, washing machine, fridge freezer, toaster, oven and hob and all the utensils required for a self-catering stay.

Terrace and Pool

A spacious saltwater infinity pool terrace sits to the side of the villa occupying the corner space of the terrace, which is wonderfully arranged to enjoy long summer days. Alfresco dining and seating areas are set so you can make the most of outdoor living day or night. The terrace is furnished with sun loungers, a dining table, a table tennis table, a built-in BBQ and outdoor seating. There is another spacious walled terrace for the bottom floor bedrooms on the lower ground. The pool attendant completes the daily cleaning of the pool and garden area.

Cleaning and Maintenance

We clean the villa before your arrival, and there will be a mid-stay clean for reservations of more than seven nights. There will be no mid-stay clean for reservations of 7 nights or fewer. For example, if you stay for ten or 14 nights, a mid-stay clean will be arranged at a convenient time. If you would like extra cleaning, please enquire at the time of booking to find out what the additional cleaning fee will be. Cleaning fees are charged per clean.

Security Deposit
