Perched in a tranquil location with incredible space for a large group of up to 14, Villa Falcon Exclusive Kalkan will surprise and delight our guests. Spaced across four floors with an extended private terrace with a vast infinity pool, this deluxe sea view villa provides an excellent base for a luxurious Kalkan holiday. For the active members of your group, the lower ground floor features a gym and games room, including a cross trainer, weights and table tennis table to keep you fit and entertained throughout your stay.

The striking interior comprises a kitchen, diner and living room in an open-plan style finished with contemporary decor and excellent entertainment facilities. On the first to third floors are seven luxurious bedrooms comprising five king-sized doubles and two twin rooms. All rooms are en-suite with chic décor and access to furnished balconies with elevated views overlooking the azure Kalkan bay.

6. Bedroom: Second floor, suite bedroom with sea view, two single beds, air conditioning, armchair, wardrobe, vanity table, balcony, bathroom and WC.

7. Bedroom: Third floor, suite bedroom with sea view, double bed, air conditioning, armchair, wardrobe, vanity table, terrace, bathroom and WC. The terrace has sun loungers.

Living Room

The lounge area is very spacious and comfortable, ideal for entertaining. The lounge has a relaxing ambience, perfect after a long day in the sun. This space is complete with a seating group, LCD television, DVD player, sound system, laundry room, free internet, air conditioning, coffee table and WC. Large glass doors lead out onto the pool terrace from the living room.

Kitchen

Designed for optimal usage, the modernised kitchen is generous in size and supplied with all the modern appliances you could desire from self-catering accommodation. When you want to dine in the cool air conditioning, a 14-seater dining table is featured in the kitchen area. In addition, the generous kitchen area is equipped with a dishwasher, washing machine, dining table, fridge freezer, toaster, microwave, kettle, oven and hob and all the utensils and dinnerware required for a self-catering holiday. The kitchen area is on the ground floor, directly adjacent to the pool terrace.

Terrace and Pool

The terrace area is spacious and has lovely, elevated views of the sea and mountains. You can cool off in the private infinity pool, which has a shallow area for children to paddle. In addition, the terrace has a large patio area with shaded gazebo areas and plenty of furniture, including sun loungers, table and chairs, an alfresco dining table, BBQ and parasols. The pool attendant completes the daily cleaning of the pool and garden area.

Cleaning and Maintenance

We clean the villa before your arrival, and there will be a mid-stay clean for reservations of more than seven nights. There will be no mid-stay clean for reservations of 7 nights or fewer. For example, if you stay for ten or 14 nights, a mid-stay clean will be arranged at a convenient time. If you would like extra cleaning, please enquire at the time of booking to find out what the additional cleaning fee will be. Cleaning fees are charged per clean.

Security Deposit

The security deposit for this villa is £500, which must be paid at the start of your holiday. This deposit will be returned to you at the end of your stay, provided no damage has been caused to the property. This villa is located adjacent to Villa Falcon Lodge for special parties or multiple families, which can be booked in conjunction with this property.
