Villa Falcon Exclusive has 7 deluxe bedrooms and can host 14 guests. This luxury modern villa has stunning sea and nature views, a private pool and integrated children’s pool plus a sizeable private terrace. 4. Bedroom: Second floor, suite bedroom with sea view, double bed, air conditioning, armchair, wardrobe, vanity table, balcony, bathroom and WC.
5. Bedroom: Second floor, suite bedroom with sea view, double bed, air conditioning, armchair, wardrobe, vanity table, balcony, bathroom and WC.
6. Bedroom: Second floor, suite bedroom with sea view, 2 single beds, air conditioning, armchair, wardrobe, vanity table, balcony, bathroom and WC.
7. Bedroom: Third floor, suite bedroom with sea view, double bed, air conditioning, armchair, wardrobe, vanity table, terrace, bathroom and WC. The terrace has sun loungers.

Living Room
The lounge area is very spacious and comfortable, ideal for entertaining. The lounge has a relaxing ambience, perfect after a long day in the sun. This space is complete with a seating group, lcd television, DVD player, sound system, laundry room, free internet, air conditioning, coffee table and WC. Large glass doors lead out onto the pool terrace from the living room.

Kitchen
The generous kitchen area is finished to a high standard and American in style. It is equipped with a dishwasher, washing machine, dining table, fridge freezer, toaster, microwave, kettle, oven and hob and all the utensils and dinnerware required for a self-catering holiday. The kitchen area is at the pool floor.

Terrace and Pool
The terrace area is very spacious and has wonderful, elevated views of the sea and mountains. You can cool off in the private infinity pool which has a shallow area for children to paddle in. The terrace has a large patio area with gazebo shaded areas and plenty of furniture provided including sun loungers, table and chairs, alfresco dining table, BBQ and parasols. The pool attendant completes daily cleaning of the pool and garden area.

Cleaning and Maintenance
We clean the villa before your arrival and once per week after check. If you would like extra cleaning, please enquire at the time of booking to find out what the additional cleaning fee will be. Cleaning fees are charged per clean.

Security Deposit
The security deposit for this villa is £100 which must be paid at the start of your holiday. This deposit will be returned to you at the end of your stay after provided no damage has been caused to the property.
