Villa Fatma Kalkan sits high on the hills in the elevated Kordere area of Kalkan, with unrivalled sea views reaching the horizon, with the islands floating on the turquoise waters as the stunning focal point. Alfresco dining and lounging spaces are arranged to the side of the terrace, with welcome shade provided by a large gazebo. Ideally suited for a family holiday, this villa offers excellent outdoor entertainment amenities, including a table tennis table and foosball table, as well as a children's mini playground for smaller children.
The villa interior is a delight to behold with a luxurious contemporary design in the open-plan living space with a double-height ceiling overlooked by a mezzanine landing from the first floor. All bedrooms are finished with luxury in mind, with private bathrooms and private Jacuzzis in each one. .Living Room

The sizeable lounge area has a double-height ceiling and windows that flood the room with light and display amazing views out to sea. Well-appointed for entertaining and relaxing, the living room has a seating group, LCD TV, dining table for 8, free internet, air conditioning and direct access to the pool terrace.

Kitchen

The spacious American-style kitchen is bright and contemporary and incorporates an indoor dining area. The chic kitchen features an island and is fitted with modern appliances, including a dishwasher, washing machine, fridge freezer, kettle, oven and hob and great dinnerware and utensils for self-catering.

Garden, Terrace and Pool

The generous terrace sits at the front of the villa facing out to sea and is fringed with sun loungers, outdoor seating and a dining table for 8. The large private pool has an integrated children's pool and is the perfect place to cool off in the heat of the day.

Cleaning and Maintenance

We clean the villa before your arrival, and there will be a mid-stay clean for reservations of more than seven nights. There will be no mid-stay clean for reservations of 7 nights or fewer. For example, if you stay for ten or 14 nights, a mid-stay clean will be arranged at a convenient time. If you would like extra cleaning, please enquire at the time of booking to find out what the additional cleaning fee will be. Cleaning fees are charged per clean.

Security Deposit

The security deposit for this villa is £500, which must be paid at the start of your holiday. This deposit will be returned to you at the end of your stay, provided no damage has been caused to the property. If you are looking to book two villas close together, Villa Fatma is located next to Villa Ihsan Pasa. These two properties can be booked in conjunction where availability allows for two families or larger groups of friends.
