Living Room

The spacious lounge area has stunning marble flooring and full height windows that flood the room with natural light. This comfortable room is ideal for entertaining and relaxing after a long day in the sun. This room has a seating group, a smart TV, complimentary Wi-Fi and direct access to the pool terrace.

Kitchen

This American-style modern space features a dishwasher, washing machine, fridge freezer, kettle, microwave, oven hob, and all the utensils and dinnerware required for a self-catering holiday. At the centre of the kitchen is an island and dining table for 6. 

Terrace and Pool

The patio is arranged so you can enjoy outdoor living with sun loungers, outdoor seating, a table and chairs, an alfresco dining table, a BBQ, and parasols surrounding the private pool. The pool attendant completes the daily cleaning of the pool and garden area.

Cleaning and Maintenance

We clean the villa before your arrival, and there will be a mid-stay clean for reservations of more than seven nights. There will be no mid-stay clean for reservations of 7 nights or fewer. For example, if you stay for ten or 14 nights, a mid-stay clean will be arranged at a convenient time. If you would like extra cleaning, please enquire when booking to find out what the additional cleaning fee will be. Cleaning fees are charged per clean.

Security Deposit

The security deposit for this villa is £500, which must be paid at the start of your holiday. This deposit will be returned to you at the end of your stay, provided no damage has been caused to the property.
