Villa Gigili 1 Kalkan exudes traditional elegance, located in the Ulugol area of Kalkan, a short drive from the town centre. This deluxe villa provides a stunning haven for a retreating to nature and has wonderful views of a green valley and mountains. Crafted from local stone and wood, this charming property is aesthetically pleasing inside and out and can host up to six guests in three en-suite bedrooms. The interior space is bright and airy and comprises a living room, kitchen and dining room. Full-height glass windows sit at the front of the living room, providing plenty of light and allowing you direct access to the pool terrace.

Without a doubt, the show stopper at Villa Gigili is the outside space. Set across two levels with an upper private terrace and a lower lever garden with a children's play area and table tennis table. The upper terrace houses an infinity pool, a sunbathing patio and a shaded games area. Alfresco dining facilities are set at the side of the terrace below a pergola, and comfortable furnishing fills the terrace and garden, allowing for perfect days under the sun.

Bedrooms

1st Bedroom: Double bed, wardrobe, bedside table, air conditioner, jacuzzi, bathroom-WC and balcony.

2nd Bedroom: Double bed, bedside table, air conditioner, wardrobe, jacuzzi bathroom-WC and terrace access.

3rd Bedroom: Two single beds, a wardrobe, air conditioner, bedside table, bathroom-WC and balcony.

Living Room:

The open-plan living room is bright and airy, connecting to the outside space via large sliding doors. This room is furnished with air conditioning, a satellite receiver, a TV,  a seating group and a coffee table.

Kitchen:

The American kitchen combines the lounge in a large open-plan room and features an indoor dining area. Facilities and furnishings in the kitchen include a dishwasher, built-in oven, refrigerator, washing machine, built-in 4-burner stove, electric kettle, toaster, dinnerware for six people, cutlery and glasses. There is an indoor dining space with a table to seat 6 in the kitchen area.

Pool & Terrace:

The outer space is divided into two levels, a lower level green lawn with a children's play area, table tennis table and seating group, and an upper terrace with an infinity pool, sun loungers and dining space. Terrace and pool maintenance is completed daily by the attendant. Pool Dimensions: Length 13 m Width 3.5 m Depth 1.55m

Cleaning and Maintenance

We clean the villa before your arrival, and there will be a mid-stay clean for reservations of more than seven nights. There will be no mid-stay clean for reservations of 7 nights or fewer. For example, if you stay for ten or 14 nights, a mid-stay clean will be arranged at a convenient time. If you would like extra cleaning, please enquire at the time of booking to find out what the additional cleaning fee will be. Cleaning fees are charged per clean.

Deposit:

A deposit of £500 is required at the entrance to the villa. The villa/apartment will be checked 10 minutes before the departure from the villa. The deposit will be returned to our guest if there are no problems such as any damage, broken or lost items.
