Living Room
The lounge area is an ideal space for entertaining. The lounge has a relaxing area perfect after a long day in the sun. Living room has a seating group, TV, dvd player, dining table, free internet, air conditioning and coffee table. You can access the pool terrace from living room and the kitchen.

Kitchen
The kitchen is a modern American style space with fully fitted units and counters. It is well equipped for a self-catering stay with modern appliances including a dishwasher, washing machine, fridge freezer, kettle, oven and hob and all the utensils and dinnerware you could need.

Terrace and Pool
Outside the villa is a large pool terrace with infinity pool which spills out into the sea below and has a jacuzzi section. The patio area is furnished with sun loungers, alfresco dining table, outdoor seating, BBQ and parasols. The pool attendant completes daily cleaning of the pool and garden area.

Cleaning and Maintenance
We clean the villa before your arrival and once per week after check. If you would like extra cleaning, please enquire at the time of booking to find out what the additional cleaning fee will be. Cleaning fees are charged per clean.

Security Deposit
The security deposit for this villa is £100 which must be paid at the start of your holiday. This deposit will be returned to you at the end of your stay after provided no damage has been caused to the property.
