Villa Imperial

Villa Imperial Kalkan is an impressive property in a central location in Kalkan, with breathtaking views over the whole of Kalkan Bay and the town. Abundant with facilities and space, our villa accommodates up to 10 guests in 5 luxurious bedrooms. Guests benefit from two pools at Villa Imperial: a large infinity outdoor pool on a generous terrace and an enclosed indoor pool with a games area and gym. The indoor pool can be heated on request of our guests during the cooler months and lends this property to winter and summer rentals. The gorgeous main pool terrace is furnished to maximize the outdoor living experience with sun loungers, an alfresco dining area and a shaded seating space with views that capture the town and bay of Kalkan entirely. One level below is the indoor pool room fronted by a second outdoor terrace with a table tennis table, sun loungers and a seating area.
The interior space covers three floors with five sizable en-suite bedrooms with adjoining balconies and a roof terrace from where you can take in the view of the entire bay of Kalkan. Connecting to the main patio with full-height glass doors is a generous living room, and open-plan kitchen finished in an ultra-modern design with brushed grey kitchen units and light monochrome furnishings. Topped with a gorgeous roof terrace that offers panoramic sea views, this villa will give you the dream Kalkan holiday you have been waiting for.

Note: Both indoor and outdoor pools can be heated during the winter months. The daily rate for the indoor pool heating is £20, and for the outdoor pool, it is £30 for the winter of 2023. 

Bedrooms

1. Bedroom: Suite bedroom, double bed, wardrobe, bedside table, LCD TV, bathroom and WC.

2. Bedroom: Master suite bedroom, double bed, air conditioning, wardrobe, bedside table, armchair, balcony, bathroom and WC.

3. Bedroom: 2 single beds, wardrobe, bedside table, air conditioning, balcony, bathroom and WC.

4. Bedroom: Double bed, LCD TV, air conditioning, wardrobe, vanity table, balcony, bathroom and WC.

5. Bedroom: Suite bedroom, air conditioning, vanity table, wardrobe, balcony, bathroom and WC.

Living Room

The bright and modern lounge combines the kitchen and indoor dining area on the ground floor in one spacious room. The lounge area is fantastic and spacious, perfect for unwinding after a long day by the pool. The living room has a seating group, TV, DVD player, table and chairs, free internet, air conditioning and WC. You can directly access the pool terrace from the living room through large glass doors, which frame the pool and sea views.

Kitchen

The kitchen area is adjacent to the lounge and has a central island with a hob and a pool-facing indoor dining area. It features quality amenities, including a dishwasher, washing machine, dining table, microwave, toaster, fridge freezer, kettle, oven and hob and all the utensils required for your self-catering stay. You can access the pool area from the kitchen also.

Terrace and Pool

The main pool area has a large terrace and a private infinity pool. The patio area is arranged with garden furniture, including sun loungers, a seating group, an alfresco dining table, a BBQ and parasols. A lower ground terrace adjacent to the indoor pool and gym features outdoor seating and a table tennis table. At the villa's top is a second outdoor roof terrace furnished with a seating group and sun loungers. The pool attendant completes the daily cleaning of the pool and garden area.

Cleaning and Maintenance

We clean the villa before your arrival, and there will be a mid-stay clean for reservations of more than seven nights. There will be no mid-stay clean for reservations of 7 nights or fewer. For example, if you stay for ten or 14 nights, a mid-stay clean will be arranged at a convenient time. If you would like extra cleaning, please enquire at the time of booking to find out what the additional cleaning fee will be. Cleaning fees are charged per clean.

Security Deposit

The security deposit for this villa is £500, which must be paid at the start of your holiday.
