The expansive private infinity pool features integral steps and a separate Jacuzzi with seating, allowing guests to enjoy the stunning views while sipping a glass of wine. Eight sun loungers with drink tables under a large pergola by the pool offer relaxation in style.

The villa boasts five luxurious en-suite bedrooms, with two of them designated as master rooms, complete with private jacuzzis to elevate your relaxation experience. Each room is thoughtfully and stylishly decorated, ensuring a perfect blend of aesthetics and comfort for an indulgent stay.

A recently added games room on the lower terrace, accessed through sliding doors, offers a treadmill, an exercise bike, yoga and pilates equipment. The large smart TV provides Premier League Football, and there's a PS4 gaming console, table football, a darts board, and board games, ensuring entertainment for all age groups. Living Room

The open-plan living area features air conditioning, marble floors, and stylish decor.  The lounge area boasts two large L-shaped sofas with an integral chaise longue surrounding a coffee table. A flat-screen satellite TV offers Netflix, Amazon Prime, Disney+, Premier League Football, and there's a DVD player with a selection of DVDs. Children's board games, cards, and Apple TV also provide entertainment. A cloakroom on this level is available for guests. The floor-to-ceiling sliding patio windows on this level maximise the panoramic views and lead to the pool area through external steps.

Kitchen

The fully equipped, modern kitchen includes a fridge freezer, built-in microwave and electric oven, gas hob with extractor fan, dishwasher, sandwich toaster, kettle, toaster, coffee machine, and water cooler. An integral breakfast bar with three bar stools creates a perfect social and entertaining space. Adjacent to the kitchen is a dining table with eight chairs.

Terrace and Pool

The terrace features a dining table for 10 with a portable BBQ under a cantilevered parasol, providing shade. A swing chair and a sofa set with chairs around a coffee table complete the perfect spot to enjoy coffee while soaking in the incredible views of Kalkan Bay. The pool attendant completes the daily cleaning of the pool and garden area.

Cleaning and Maintenance

We take pride in ensuring the villa is meticulously cleaned before your arrival. Additionally, a mid-stay cleaning service will be scheduled for reservations exceeding seven nights, enhancing the overall comfort of your extended stay. However, please note that reservations lasting seven nights or fewer do not include a mid-stay clean. For instance, if your stay spans ten or 14 nights, a mid-stay cleaning will be organised at your convenience. Should you desire additional cleaning services, we encourage you to inquire about the associated fees when booking. Please be aware that cleaning fees are applied per each cleaning session. 

Security Deposit
