Living Room
With panoramic views of the sea the generous lounge has a relaxing ambience and chic décor ideal for a large family to relax and cool down on a hot summer day. The furnishings in this room include a seating group, TV, free internet, air conditioning, and coffee table. For your convenience, this room has sliding doors which connect the outer terrace to the ground floor living space.

Kitchen
The fitted kitchen is finished to the highest quality and is fully equipped with dishwasher, washing machine, fridge, kettle, toaster, oven and hob. A full set of dinnerware and glassware is provided, and the kitchen has views of the pool and sea.

Terrace and Pool
Fully fronted by views of the sea, the private terrace is carefully arranged so you can spend leisurely days under the sun. The large infinity pool combines a main adult pool and shallow children’s pool. There are ample sun loungers, outdoor seating group, alfresco dining table, BBQ and parasols furnishing the terrace patio. The pool attendant completes daily cleaning of the pool and garden area.

Cleaning and Maintenance
We clean the villa before your arrival and once per week after check. If you would like extra cleaning, please enquire at the time of booking to find out what the additional cleaning fee will be. Cleaning fees are charged per clean.

Security Deposit
The security deposit for this villa is £100 which must be paid at the start of your holiday. This deposit will be returned to you at the end of your stay after provided no damage has been caused to the property.
