Carefully designed Villa Joy Kalkan offers total privacy on its secluded pool terrace, which has unspoiled views of Kalkan’s turquoise sea. An absolute Joy to behold, this property is attractively constructed with natural wood and stone materials to create an authentic ambience inside and out. Internally the villa feels spacious and welcoming, with a double-height ceiling in the open-plan living area. Located in the Kiziltas district of Kalkan, our luxury villa hosts up to 6 guests with three deluxe bedrooms. A twin bedroom sits beside the living space and opens directly onto the pool terrace.

At the head of the property is a beautiful surprise as the large master bedroom features an indoor swimming pool. The final double bedroom opens onto a large wooden balcony with spectacular views of the pool and the sea that seem to merge. You will adore sitting out on the gorgeous terrace of an evening where you can admire the dazzling sunset over the bay. With a large infinity pool which can be heated in the cooler months, your whole family will make wonderful holiday memories at Villa Joy.

Living Room
The striking lounge sits below a double-height ceiling, and windows flood the room with light. This room is open plan and arranged with a seating group, TV, free internet, air conditioning, coffee table, and WC. Glass doors lead out from the lounge onto the pool terrace.

Kitchen
A stylish American-style kitchen occupies the same room as the living room and combines an indoor dining area. The kitchen facilities include a dishwasher, fridge, oven and hob, kettle, washing machine and all the utensils required for a self-catering holiday.

Pool and Terrace
The secluded terrace offers total privacy with a stunning backdrop of the sea and islands. A large infinity pool with an integrated shallow area merges with the sea below. A shaded patio area is furnished with an alfresco dining table and seating area so you can truly enjoy your summer holiday out of doors, be it day or night. Ample sun loungers and parasols surround the pool, and a BBQ is provided for outdoor feasting. A second pool is available indoors in the master bedroom on the first floor. The pool attendant completes the daily cleaning of the pool and garden area.

Cleaning and Maintenance
We clean the villa before your arrival, and there will be a mid-stay clean for reservations of more than seven nights. There will be no mid-stay clean for reservations of 7 nights or fewer. For example, if you stay for ten or 14 nights, a mid-stay clean will be arranged at a convenient time. If you would like extra cleaning, please enquire at the time of booking to find out what the additional cleaning fee will be. Cleaning fees are charged per clean.

Security Deposit
The security deposit for this villa is £250, which must be paid at the start of your holiday. This deposit will be returned to you at the end of your stay, provided no damage has been caused to the property.
