Situated in the sought-after Kisla district of Kalkan, the stunning Villa Just Kalkan offers spacious accommodation for up to 10 guests. Fronted by extensive green lawns with breathtaking sea views at Kisla bay, you will spend happy summer days at this luxury secluded villa. The vast garden has mature fruit trees and plush greenery fringing its edges. A large private pool with patio and sun loungers sits in the middle of the lawn with a table tennis table and trampoline available for your enjoyment. In addition, there are two shaded dining areas with BBQs and outdoor seating so you can spend leisurely hours outside.

In keeping with the vibrancy of the green garden outside, the decor at this villa includes attractive bright colours used to impressive effect. The interior has an open-plan living room with a dining area and kitchen on the entrance floor with a very large, shaded balcony that mirrors the alfresco dining and seating area below. One bedroom is on this floor, a double en-suite that opens onto this balcony. The remaining four bedrooms are split between the lower ground floor and the villa's top floor. Adjacent to the pool area are two more double en-suite bedrooms with walk-in showers and sliding doors that open out into the garden. On the top floor is the master double with a private bathroom and large circular bed. The other top floor bedroom has twin beds and a smaller child's bed. Just a short walk from the sea and close to the centre of Kalkan, you will be eager to return to the villa.

Living Room

The stylish lounge area has access to a large alfresco dining balcony which overlooks the pool, garden and sea. Well-appointed for entertaining and relaxing, the living room has a seating group, TV, dining table for 8, free internet, air conditioning and coffee table.

Kitchen

The colourful open plan kitchen is bright and contemporary, with modern appliances including a dishwasher, washing machine, fridge freezer, kettle, toaster, toastie machine, oven and hob and ample dinnerware and utensils for self-catering.

Garden, Terrace and Pool

The large mature garden terrace sits to the front of the villa facing out to sea and has a sunbathing platform lined with sun loungers. Outdoor seating and dining areas are arranged on the grounds, and a BBQ has been provided for cooking up a feast. The extra-large private pool is perfect for cooling off in the day's heat.

Cleaning and Maintenance

We clean the villa before your arrival, and there will be a mid-stay clean for reservations of more than seven nights. There will be no mid-stay clean for reservations of 7 nights or fewer. For example, if you stay for ten or 14 nights, a mid-stay clean will be arranged at a convenient time. If you would like extra cleaning, please enquire at the time of booking to find out what the additional cleaning fee will be. Cleaning fees are charged per clean.

Security Deposit

The security deposit for this villa is £500, which must be paid at the start of your holiday. This deposit will be returned to you at the end of your stay, provided no damage has been caused to the property.
