Villa Kai

Villa Kai Kalkan is one of 3 brand new villas completed in 2022, situated in an elevated position in the Ulugol district of Kalkan, allowing for mesmerizing views of Firnaz Bay. The property is 3 kilometres from the centre of Kalkan, 5 minutes by car or 25-30 minutes on foot, meaning you can experience real peace and tranquillity in this exclusive spot. The interior is finished in dazzling white throughout, complimented by carefully chosen colourful furnishings which combined create a super stylish and minimalist atmosphere.

The accommodation is arranged over two floors, with a superb open-plan living space incorporating a chic living room and an ultra-modern kitchen. A hung wooden staircase leads to the upper floor, which houses 2 of the villas' 3 bedrooms. There is a second sizeable terrace with pergola shade, comfortable swing and seating area- perfect for taking in the elevated sea view as the sun goes down.

Adjacent to the ground floor living space is a generously sized terrace with a private saltwater infinity pool with an integrated Jacuzzi section. Alfresco dining and seating are available at the side of the patio with an automatic shade that can be opened or closed easily at your desire. The combination of high-tech design, luxury furnishings and impeccable sea and mountain views make Villa Kai a haven for you to retreat to.

Note: There is a security system around the property. An attendant will be on duty to arrange guests' market and restaurant needs between 9 am and 6 pm. A complimentary round-trip taxi will be included once.

Kitchen

The kitchen is a stylish open-plan room found on the ground floor with the living room. It features a dishwasher, washing machine, kettle, fridge freezer, microwave, toaster oven and hob and all the utensils required for your self-catering stay.

Living Room

The lounge area has lovely sea views and is excellent for entertaining. In addition, the lounge has a relaxing space perfect after a long day in the sun. The lounge has a seating group, television, free internet, iron, ironing board, air conditioning, and a nest of tables. Floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors lead out the pool terrace from this room.

Terrace and Pool

The private terrace area has fabulous views of the sea and mountains. On the terrace, all the furnishings you could need to enjoy outdoor living have been provided, including sun loungers, parasols, BBQ, an alfresco dining table and outdoor seating. The pool attendant completes the daily cleaning of the pool and garden area.

Cleaning and Maintenance

We clean the villa before your arrival, and there will be a mid-stay clean for reservations of more than seven nights. There will be no mid-stay clean for reservations of 7 nights or fewer. For example, if you stay for ten or 14 nights, a mid-stay clean will be arranged at a convenient time. If you would like extra cleaning, please enquire at the time of booking to find out what the additional cleaning fee will be. Cleaning fees are charged per clean.

Security Deposit

The security deposit for this villa is £500, which must be paid at the start of your holiday. This deposit will be returned to you at the end of your stay, provided no damage has been caused to the property.
