Villa Kalamar 6 Kalkan is situated in a lovely peaceful part of the Kalamar area. The villa is generously sized to comfortably host up to 12 guests in 6 deluxe en suite bedrooms. Our guests will marvel at the facilities in this property, with extensive outside space perfectly designed for outdoor living. In addition, the property is visually pleasing, constructed from natural stone and wood to beautiful effect. Suited for a large group or family, this luxurious villa has a large infinity pool, spacious grounds, green lawns, an alfresco dining area, and table tennis to keep you entertained. Furthermore, you can walk comfortably to the sea from this villa as there is access to a platform above the sea for swimming.
The interior exudes elegance at every point, and the selection of beautiful bespoke furnishings makes for beautiful rooms. At ground floor level, there is a grand open plan living space finished with stunning wrought iron light fittings and cream marble floors. This room comprises a sleek, black, fitted kitchen, indoor dining area, and sumptuous lounge with direct access to the outer terrace through large sliding glass doors. Spaced over two floors are six deluxe bedrooms featuring elite en suite bathrooms with walk-in showers. Situated in a remote part of Kalamar district means walking from the property to the town centre is challenging. We advise guests staying at this property to use local taxi services for shopping trips and exploring the town. Note: The swimming pool has the option to be heated during the cooler months of the season. If you would like pool heating an additional weekly fee of £400 is applicable.

Living Room

The contemporary lounge area has lovely sea and nature views and is found at ground floor level next to the pool terrace. The lounge has a relaxing area perfect after a long day in the sun. This room is furnished with a seating group, LCD TV, free internet, air conditioning, a dining table for 12, a nest of tables, and a WC.

Kitchen

The kitchen has been tastefully finished with brushed black units and is open plan to the living room and indoor dining area. It is equipped with fantastic modern appliances, including a dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, ice machine, coffee machine, fridge freezer, kettle, oven and hob, and all the utensils required for a self-catering break.

Terrace and Pool

A sizeable terrace is a beautiful place for you to spend lazy summer days as the views across the turquoise sea are unspoiled. The infinity-edged pool at the front of the terrace has a Roman steps entrance and is surrounded by sun loungers so you can catch some rays. Behind the pool is a sizeable pergola-shaded seating area, and an alfresco dining table and BBQ are also provided. A private sea platform is located below the pool terrace just above the shoreline so you can swim in the sea and the pool. The pool attendant completes the daily cleaning of the pool and garden area.

Cleaning and Maintenance

We clean the villa before your arrival, and there will be a mid-stay clean for reservations of more than seven nights. There will be no mid-stay clean for reservations of 7 nights or fewer. For example, if you are staying for ten or 14 nights, a mid-stay clean will be arranged at a convenient time. If you would like extra cleaning, please enquire at the time of booking to find out what the additional cleaning fee will be. Cleaning fees are charged per clean.

Security Deposit

The security deposit for this villa is £300, which must be paid at the start of your holiday. This deposit will be returned to you at the end of your stay, provided no damage has been caused to the property. Villa Kalamar 6 is located in the same complex as another of our featured villas: Villa Kalamar 4. These two villas can be booked in conjunction where availability allows and can host up to 20 guests.
