Villa Kalu

Villa Kalu Kalkan is perched on the hillside in Kalkan's beautiful LaVanta complex. Designed to accommodate a group or family of 6, this property has three elegant bedrooms and a master room with an en suite. The living space is generously sized and incorporates a lounge and kitchen diner in one. Full-height glass windows sit at the front of the living room, providing plenty of light and allowing you to observe the garden and pool views.

Outside you will be equally impressed with the well-arranged garden, which is perfectly set for you to enjoy long summer days. You can cool off in the private pool or dine alfresco in the gazebo-shaded dining area. Ample sun loungers and bean bags are arranged around the terrace so you can make the most of sun-filled days.

Bedrooms

1st Bedroom: Double bed, wardrobe, bedside table, air conditioner, bathroom-WC and balcony.

2nd Bedroom: Double bed, bedside table, air conditioner, wardrobe. Bathroom-WC shared with Bedroom 3.

3rd Bedroom: Two single beds, a wardrobe, air conditioner, bedside table. Bathroom-WC shared with Bedroom 2.

Living Room:

The open-plan living room is bright and airy, connecting to the outside space via large sliding doors. This room is furnished with air conditioning, a satellite receiver, a TV,  a seating group and a coffee table. There is an indoor dining space with a table to seat 6 adjacent to the lounge area.

Kitchen:

The American kitchen combines the lounge in a large open-plan room and features an indoor dining area. Facilities and furnishings in the kitchen include a microwave oven, dishwasher, built-in oven, refrigerator, washing machine, built-in 4-burner stove, electric kettle, toaster, dinnerware for six people, cutlery and glasses. The kitchen is located on the pool floor, with views of the pool and garden.

Pool & Terrace:

At the ground floor level is a south-facing garden with a private pool and sunbathing patio. To the side of the terrace is a large alfresco dining area shaded by a gazebo with a dining table and a built-in BBQ. Terrace and pool maintenance is completed daily by the attendant. Cleaning and Maintenance

We clean the villa before your arrival, and there will be a mid-stay clean for reservations of more than seven nights. There will be no mid-stay clean for reservations of 7 nights or fewer. For example, if you stay for ten or 14 nights, a mid-stay clean will be arranged at a convenient time. If you would like extra cleaning, please enquire at the time of booking to find out what the additional cleaning fee will be. Cleaning fees are charged per clean.

Deposit: A deposit of £250 is required at the entrance to the villa. The villa/apartment will be checked 10 minutes before the departure from the villa.
