Villa Kayra

In an elevated position in the desirable Kalamar district, Villa Kayra Kalkan is perfectly arranged to give you an unforgettable family holiday. This striking villa has been thoughtfully arranged to comfortably host large groups and offers far-reaching views across the sea to the island on the horizon. The vast terrace sweeps across the front of the building and out to the side, with abundant amenities for relaxing and enjoying. Immediately in front of the ground floor living space, the impressively-sized terrace is furnished with a shaded seating area and ample sun loungers.

The terrace extends far out to the side of the villa with a generous infinity pool, integrated children's pool, and Jacuzzi. Sun loungers surround the pool edge, and there is a large alfresco dining table to the rear of this terrace, a Turkish-style shaded corner seating area, and a table tennis table. Pool heating is available in the cooler months for an additional fee.

The interior is equally impressive, with a contemporary living room and kitchen combined, which is flooded with light through windows that frame uninterrupted sea views. This space is more than adequately equipped for a self-catering break with a well-arranged fitted kitchen, cosy seating area, and satellite TV. 6 bedrooms host up to 12 guests, with one double en-suite conveniently located at ground floor level for guests who require easy access to communal spaces. The first and second floors are arranged with five more en-suite bedrooms, each housing double and twin rooms so parents can sleep close to their children with no concerns. These upper-floor rooms all have breathtaking sea views and access to shared or private balconies.

Living Room

The bright living room is fronted by large glass windows, which frame the sea views and allow direct access to the terrace. This room is fully air-conditioned and perfect for relaxing and entertaining the whole group. This room's furnishings comprise a seating group, TV, and separate WC.

Kitchen

The contemporary kitchen sits beside the living room, arranged in one ample space as an open plan. This kitchen features a lovely indoor dining area equipped with a dishwasher, washing machine, kettle, fridge, oven, hob, and all the utensils and dinnerware required for a self-catering stay.

Terrace and Pool

To the front and side of the villa is an amazing pool terrace with a large infinity pool and integrated Jacuzzi where smaller children can also paddle. To the rear of the terrace is an elongated alfresco dining area with a bar and stools, a large corner seating group, and an outdoor dining table with a built-in BBQ. For relaxing under the sun, ample sun loungers and a hammock are provided, and our guests can enjoy playing table tennis too. The pool attendant completes the daily cleaning of the pool and garden area.

Cleaning and Maintenance

We clean the villa before your arrival, and there will be a mid-stay clean for reservations of more than seven nights. There will be no mid-stay clean for reservations of 7 nights or fewer. For example, if you stay for ten or 14 nights, a mid-stay clean will be arranged at a convenient time. If you would like extra cleaning, please enquire at the time of booking to find out what the additional cleaning fee will be. Cleaning fees are charged per clean.

Security Deposit

The security deposit for this villa is £500, which must be paid at the start of your holiday. This deposit will be returned to you at the end of your stay, provided no damage has been caused to the property.
