Villa Ketchy Kalkan is a stunning grand villa made from attractive white stone, standing out from other properties. Covering four floors, the villa can accommodate up to 14 guests in 7 well-appointed bedrooms.

A sea-facing terrace gives you a heavenly space to spend your summer days. Here you can take a dip in the large infinity pool or catch some rays on the surrounding terrace whilst taking in the spectacular natural surroundings of mountains framing the shoreline. Alfresco dining facilities are also provided so you can dine in luxury as the town illuminates with soft lighting in the evening.

Stepping into the ground floor living space from the poolside, you will find yourself in a calm and comfortable sanctuary. A bright lounge sits at the front of the room, finished in cool cream with pops of colour added by scatter cushions and artwork. To the rear, the modernised kitchen is fitted with high-quality appliances and features an indoor dining table and a large breakfast bar. The upper floors host seven en suite bedrooms which access large wrap-around balconies furnished with outdoor seating so you can admire the turquoise vistas from every level.

Finally, crowning the villa is a sea-facing roof terrace where sun worshipers can catch the last rays of the sun and observe the spectacular magenta sunsets. Situated in the sought-after Kisla area of Kalkan, this property is within walking distance of the sea, beach clubs, restaurants, and local convenience stores. Living Room

The cosy living room has direct access to the pool terrace and is the perfect place for unwinding in the cool air conditioning. This room is furnished with a seating group, armchairs, a coffee table, Television, and free WiFi internet is provided.

Kitchen

The kitchen area is open plan in design and connects to the living room. Its fantastic amenities include a dishwasher, washing machine, kettle, fridge, oven and hob, microwave, and all the utensils required for your self-catering stay.

Garden and Terrace

The outside space is at the front of the villa and features a good-sized sea-facing terrace. At the centre is an infinity pool with Roman steps for access to the pool. The surrounding patio is furnished with sun loungers, outdoor seating, a dining table, a barbecue, and parasols. The pool attendant completes the daily cleaning of the pool and garden area.

Cleaning and Maintenance

We clean the villa before your arrival, and there will be a mid-stay clean for reservations of more than seven nights. There will be no mid-stay clean for reservations of 7 nights or fewer. For example, if you stay for ten or 14 nights, a mid-stay clean will be arranged at a convenient time. If you would like extra cleaning, please enquire at the time of booking to find out what the additional cleaning fee will be. Cleaning fees are charged per clean.

Security Deposit

The security deposit for this villa is £500, which must be paid at the start of your holiday. This deposit will be returned to you at the end of your stay, provided no damage has been caused to the property.
