Living Room
The cosy living room has direct access to the pool terrace and is the perfect place for unwinding in the cool of the air conditioning. This room is furnished with seating group, armchairs, coffee table, Television and free WiFi internet is provided.

Kitchen
The kitchen area is open plan in design and connects to the living room. It has fantastic amenities including a dishwasher, washing machine, kettle, fridge, oven and hob, microwave and all the utensils required for your self-catering stay.

Garden and Terrace
The outside space is at the front of the villa and features a good-sized sea-facing terrace. At the centre is an infinity pool with Roman steps for access into the pool. The surrounding patio is furnished with, sun loungers, outdoor seating, dining table, barbecue and parasols. The pool attendant completes daily cleaning of the pool and garden area.

Cleaning and Maintenance
We clean the villa before your arrival and once per week after check. If you would like extra cleaning, please enquire at the time of booking to find out what the additional cleaning fee will be. Cleaning fees are charged per clean.

Security Deposit
The security deposit for this villa is £100 which must be paid at the start of your holiday. This deposit will be returned to you at the end of your stay after provided no damage has been caused to the property.
