The interior of Villa Komurluk is designed to provide guests with a sense of space, convenience, and sophistication. Bedrooms

1st Bedroom: Double bed, wardrobe, bedside table, air conditioner, bathroom-WC and terrace access. Lower Ground Floor

2nd Bedroom: Twin beds, bedside table, air conditioner, wardrobe, bathroom-WC and terrace access.

3rd Bedroom: Master Room with double bed, wardrobe, air conditioner, bedside table, vanity table, bathroom-WC and spacious sea view terrace balcony. First floor

Living Room

The living room has an understated elegance, combining traditional Mediterranean design with sleek and contemporary furnishings to great effect. Large patio doors to the front of the living room beautifully frame the sea views over the infinity pool and allow direct access to the main outer terrace. This room is furnished with air conditioning, a satellite receiver, a wall-mounted Smart TV, a seating group, a coffee table and a remote working station with a desk and chair so you can keep on top of your emails in comfort. 

Kitchen

The American kitchen connects with the lounge in a large open-plan room and features a breakfast table. Facilities and furnishings in the kitchen include a microwave oven, dishwasher, built-in oven, fridge freezer, washing machine, built-in electric hob, electric kettle, toaster, dinnerware for six people, cutlery and glasses. The kitchen is on the pool floor, with views of the pool and terrace.

Pool & Terrace

A spacious terrace is centred by a large infinity pool at the entrance floor level to the front of the living space. Surrounding the pool is a large patio with comfortable sun loungers and an outdoor seating area. To the rear of the terrace is a large alfresco dining area shaded by a brand-new pergola and an outdoor seating space. A BBQ is situated at the back of the building, offering more shade for cooking and shelter for the smoke around the terrace. Terrace and pool maintenance are completed daily by the attendant. 

The outside space does not stop there; at the lower ground floor level, adjacent to the bedrooms, there is a wrap-around terrace with further outdoor seating. This lower terrace area is ideal for reading your favourite holiday book as it offers plenty of shade and protection from the midday sun. Finally, there are the upper terraces, comprised of a sizeable sea-facing balcony fronting the master bedroom and a roof terrace, crowing the villa with incredible elevated views of the azure waters and surrounding mountains.

Cleaning and Maintenance

We clean the villa before your arrival, and there will be a mid-stay clean for reservations of more than seven nights. There will be no mid-stay clean for reservations of 7 nights or fewer. For example, if you stay for ten or 14 nights, a mid-stay clean will be arranged at a convenient time. If you would like extra cleaning, please enquire when booking to find out what the additional cleaning fee will be. Cleaning fees are charged per clean.

Deposit: A deposit of £500 is required at the entrance to the villa. The villa will be checked 15 minutes before the departure from the villa. The deposit will be returned to our guests if there are no damaged, broken or lost items. Villa Setara and Villa Serendipity are adjacent to Villa Kormurluk, which can be booked in conjunction for larger groups where availability allows.
